Cars fine at the moment. I went there as it was the model and price I was willing to pay. Staff weren’t expecting us as we arrived in the morning so we waited around as the car wasn’t ready. They need to make sure they take down appointment time properly. However, the guy we dealt with was apologetic and polite.

The Peugeot has been mint since I bought it. since I bought it. Everything I was told was honest, which I really appreciated. I couldn't remember the salesman's name, but he went through everything with me and made sure it was all clear.

Going good with the Mokka I bought. On the day it was alright. The staff were very cooperative. Shazad was available and communication is key. He responded on emails and calls. It was a quick process to get the car, the original car sold before I decided and they offered me other options. I got a free home charger aswell, I liked how they did that.

The Cupra Formentor is a big upgrade from my old 67-plate manual Fiesta, and having an automatic is loads better. The car is bigger, and it's just so much better overall. Filippo was mint. I went to view the car on the Friday, went back on the Sunday, and he kept ringing me with updates, which I really appreciated. I've already told my friend about CarTime.

After purchasing my vehicle in February, I noticed a number of faults.. a lot of which should really have been picked up in the vehicle check. The first was a faulty fuel gauge which came to light when I broke down when I ran out of fuel.. despite having 50+ miles showing in the tank. The service team don’t answer the phone, so you have to turn up at the service centre to speak to someone. They don’t order all the parts needed, and don’t contact you to ask you to call in again because they forget to obtain all of the part numbers! I have now been waiting in excess of 9 weeks for a call to book my car in to be fixed! Absolutely shocking!

Everything’s going good. I don’t give five stars but the team were perfect, I liked their customer service. Filippo was a nice guy. I would go back in the future and recommend.

All good, very happy. No complaints at all. Staff were good, very understanding of me being an anxious driver and made accommodations' for that. Filippo was great. He kindly held onto the car a while for me whilst I sorted insurance which was good of them. After I bought it, he brought the car over to me and kindly held on to it a while for me which was nice. This was my first time buying a car and it was a good experience.

Good range of cars, friendly staff with no pressure sales, the process was simple. However, I reported an issue with the vehicle the morning after collection (19 hours). There has been some communication about this, but service is slow, this was nearly 2 months ago and still no resolution. The sales side of the experience with Murad was great. What also stood out to me was the fact that the cars advertised were actually ready to be viewed, and I didn't have to wait a couple of weeks like other dealerships.

Cars fine. I originally saw a car around the corner but it was overpriced compared to Cartime and they were pushy so went to Cartime in Nelson. The staff there were good, helpful, but not pushy. I took the car about a week later whilst it went through prep. I liked how Mitchell wasn’t pushy. Would recommend

Lee was brilliant from start to finish, and the Range Rover has been fine not had any issues.
