Reserved this vehicle after viewing online. Arranged an appointment to view with Aiden. After a test drive noticed a few minor details on the bodywork (I am very picky) agreed the sale and Aiden assured us that this would be corrected. Collected the vehicle three days later and very happy with the result. Aiden was very friendly knowledgeable and very professional easy to speak to and we felt no pressure to buy. I recently bought a kia optima from the bury branch and I found all the staff very polite and helpful, knowledgeable and they they couldn't do enough for me. Took the car for a test drive with Paul on the Sunday and drove away with the car Monday evening after signing up for the finance and the car had been valeted inside and out. yesterday we arrived at Car time in Bury and was greeted by a gentleman called Bill who was very polite and welcoming on arriving, asked what we was looking for and to take a look around, I saw a nice Audi A6. to which we asked if we could have the keys to look inside. He asked me if I would like to like to have a test drive with him, to which i agreed to. I fell in love with the car and we sat down to talk numbers. Bill was really easy to talk to and make it an easy decision to buy the car, and I picked up the car the day after. I really do think the reason I bought the car was because of the great customer service I received. Would recommend Car Time to anyone looking for a new car.
