I came across them by accident, we had a walk around but they didn't have what I wanted initially, but they said they had one coming in in a week or so, so I left a deposit on it and picked it up 2 weeks later. The car is absolutely lovely no problems at all.

I found them on Autotrader, found the car I wanted and had a test drive. I didn't receive my service history with the car which I'm still waiting for, because the sales guy was off sick which can't really be helped. I'd give them 4 stars but would have been 5 if it wasn't for the service history. It was a good experience and I'm enjoying the car so far.

The car is great, although we think there was some issues with the car system, it's difficult to use and took us a while to figure it out but I think we got there eventually. I went on Autotrader to look for second half Volvos and we were In Manchester at the time so we decided to drive up there. The sales guys were very friendly, with big personalities, and there was one really good guy who knew a lot about cars who managed to confirm the car had sensors when the other staff weren't sure. I'd give them a 4 star review but would have been a 5 if it wasn't for the tech issues because they were brilliant.

I'm very pleased with the car it's everything I expected it to be. I'm quite happy with the customer service side, although I was promised the car would be ready by the end of the week and it wasn't until the week after, which is why I've given them 4 stars. We're enjoying the car though, it's lovely.

Really good service from the sales person Sean at Bury. We had to travel far to visit the dealership but they had everything ready to go for a test drive, and we were able to drive away same day.

4. Car could have been prepared better for sale. Not cleaned particularly well. Delay in parts and puncture happened on day of collection which was resolved by the next day and dropped off at my house.

5. My car had an intermittent fault which was difficult to locate. However, I was pleased with the way Kai, from your service team dealt with me, arranging a courtesy car and choosing a Ford main dealership near me to deal with the problem. The car is now sorted so thank you all.

I went with my partner to look at a car he had seen online. When we saw it, we were both really pleased with how it looked and decided to go for it. He has been enjoying it since, it is such a great car. The whole process was straightforward. It came with all of its servicing done and a long warranty as well. No complaints from me, and I would definitely use them again if they had something I was looking for.

We bought the Nissan Micra online and then went to CarTime to collect it. The team was very informative, and I’ve already managed to do a few journeys in the car, it’s been good so far. However, it does need front discs and pads, which I’m currently in the process of resolving.

I dealt with Pip he was excellent and really patient. My wife found them online and I'm glad I went. The only thing is they took a while to pay the settlement figure for my existing finance which meant another finance payment came out in the mean time. 4 star review but would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the finance issue.
