We recently bought a car from here and we are so happy with it and its excellent condition. We had a relatively smooth process of buying the car and never felt forced or pressured into buying anything. Paul was very knowledgable and we would have no problems in recommending here to others!

I would give Cartime an overall rating of 4, only because I am having an issue with my boot. It keeps sticking and not opening properly, which is just something I am keeping an eye on for now. The service at the dealership was all really good. It was quick, which I liked because I do not want to be waiting around for hours doing paperwork. The staff were very efficient in making sure everything was done in good time. I would definitely go back again.

I'm very happy with the car. I had a bit of trouble with the engine light coming on - I contacted Cartime and they said to get a diagnostic done and they'd pay for it. I was surprised how quickly they paid it back into my bank account to be honest. Abeed I dealt with was absolutely brilliant, and the service department deserves credit for how they dealt with me. 5 stars without a doubt and I'll be going back there in the future.

Everything was great. I do need to contact them regarding the warranty though as I haven't had the paperwork for it yet. I'd 100% go back there to buy again.

Purchased from Cartime and so far the car is driving okay. The service was good as well with an easy sales process. One point of feedback would be better communication as it took a few calls to cancel the gap insurance

We purchased a car for our daughter from the Rochdale branch and so far everything seems okay. When we first asked about the condition of the vehicle we were told it was immaculate, however after travelling an hour to visit we found there was some damage. Credit to Cartime they did get this sorted in the end, and going forward it was an easy process.

Ditta was spot on. He provided really great service. All the staff I spoke/dealt with were all friendly and seemed helpful. I am so pleased with the car, it is fantastic. There is an issue with a bit of the bodywork. I'm not too sure what it is, but it looks like some paint has been put on or dripped on and needs buffing out. Apart from that, everything else with the car is fine. I’ve had no issues. So hopefully can get that sorted and then everything will be perfect!

Customer service was good, very straightforward. So far everything has been great with my car, n o issues. Been a positive experience all round.
