I have really been enjoying my new car. I went for an Audi A1 and it is a lovely car. I do have an issue with the pre-sensor alert that keeps coming on. However, I was really pleased with the service. The staff were absolutely great throughout the whole process and I cannot fault them.

Paul was really great to deal with while I was at CarTime. Once I was happy with the car he was happy for me to take the car on a test drive, which really helped and I thought he was really supportive as I had my daughters with me. We got back and he talked me through all the paperwork. 5 out of 5.

If I'm honest, when I went to pick up the car, it hadn't been valeted, which I addressed at the time. The car was due to be picked up, and although that was a bit disappointing, the aftersales service was good. I had an issue with the windscreen that was detected, but I brought the car back and they fixed it. The aftersales support was great, they really redeemed themselves.

Basically, the car sale was great — we struck a deal, I paid and drove away the same day. Nothing was too much trouble. The team thought the manual was in the glovebox, but as luck would have it, it wasn’t there. They initially offered a downloadable version which wasn’t ideal, so they promised to send a hard copy instead. It took quite a bit longer to arrive than expected which was frustrating, but I guess the most important thing is that it arrived in the end! Despite the logbook issue, I’ve still rated Cartime a respectable 4 out of 5 as I’m very happy with the car.

I am really enjoying the Nissan Leaf. When we first purchased it, there was an issue with the charging port, but it turned out to be on our end. It has been great ever since, and I would recommend the dealership to others.

The MG has been good with no issues, and my experience at the dealership was also positive. I dealt with Paul, who was helpful, and the turnaround was quick with no problems.

Had such an easy and amazing sales journey with Paul from Cartime in Rochdale. We walked in on the off chance of finding a good electric car and a week later I drove away in my lovely new car. Paul couldn’t have done more for me and my fiancé, he was so accommodating and understanding and I would recommend Cartime and Paul to any of my friends. I’ll see you again for my next car!

The MG3 has been good. It’s for my Mrs, and she has been enjoying it. However, there was some misinformation that has stopped me from giving it five stars. I was told it had Android Auto, but it turns out it only has Apple CarPlay, which is a bit inconvenient since we both use Android phones.

The salesman was impeccable. I can't fault Ollie ,he was very helpful, answered all my questions, and provided great aftersales support.

This is my first electric car, and it has been great. I'm still getting used to it, but I’m really enjoying the experience. I would have hoped for a bit more of an explanation on how everything works in the car, so I would give it 4 stars.
