Moncef was friendly and really helpful when I bought my car.. The only issue is that I bought the service plan but never received any documentation. Now that the service light’s come on, I’ve got no idea where to take the car or what the process is. I’ve tried calling Cartime several times, but the wait times are really long which has been frustrating. That’s the only reason I’ve scored 4 stars instead of 5. If anyone can help point me in the right direction it'd be much appreciated!

Only ever seem to use the car for work...there's no rest for the wicked is there haha! I've had no problems with it though and Moncef's always been on hand whenever I've needed him, even after I'd already bought the car.

I dealt with Ged at Cartime Rochdale and his service was honestly amazing from the minute I arrived. I'd made the long journey up from Milton Keynes and his communication had been faultless. He's an extraordinary salesperson. My only gripe is the fact that I've been waiting since July for the dealership to confirm that they've cleared the existing finance on my Prius. It's starting to cause unnecessary worry and I really hope they can sort this out for me ASAP.

I bought my BMW 3 Series back in July and everything’s been great since collection. John at the Rochdale branch was absolutely spot on — I couldn’t fault him. He answered all my questions (and I had plenty!), got the car fully prepared as promised, and most importantly, stuck to the deadlines.

No problem with the sale side John was excellent ,just got frustrated with being passed about on the service side but thankfully Ahmed got everything sorted efficiently and satisfactory so a definite 5.

When I bought a car from another dealership not too long ago it took a whole day to get everything done, but when I bought my BMW from Cartime I was driving away within 2 hours, which I was really impressed with. Paul did a great job helping me. There is a little issue with the seatbelt but I'm not to bothered as long as its not mechanical. Super happy 😊

I had been looking for this kind of car for a little while and ended up finding one at Cartime, which was advertised on Autotrader. The description of the car gave me a good idea of its condition. When I arrived at the dealership, Aaron was helping me, he was great answered all my questions clearly, and made sure the car was well cleaned and ready on time when I collected it, since then I have been have been loving my BMW. I would happily use Cartime again in the future.

This was my first time using Cartime to buy a car, and overall the sales process and the car itself have been great. What let it down for me was the service and aftercare when issues arose. I found it quite difficult to get hold of that department. In the end, I went through the sales phone number, and they transferred me through. Once I got through, they were helpful in getting the issues sorted for me, one has already been fixed, and I have one outstanding issue currently under review, which I’m hopeful will be sorted soon.

The car has been fine so far, the experience was really good. I'd definitely consider going back there in the future.
