Arrogance beyond believe ,this is a shame so never again we will buy a car from them . Workshop manager tells you one thing and then and then denies he said that. Avoid unless you like bad service.

I thought they had a know it all attitude and their customer service was awful. NEVER dealing with these again.

Purchased an x5 11 months ago supposedly an inspection 2 service carried out , only to find ball joints gone, anti roll bar link not in place. This was eventually rectified by them. We returned in good faith and bought a RRS for £18000, lovely car no doubt. Questioned it having four different tyres, on the vehicle and was told that was fine. Though I have been told by independent specialists this is not the case! Then had to drive back to liskeard, to collect and have an mot done, (fuel at my expense). For a prestige second hand car dealer you should, I believe expect a little bit more. Anyway that's my review on castle motors personally in the future I will stay clear, if they sold wheelbarrows I'd save your money and pop down the road to trago mills.

I have just purchased what I believe to be my 42nd vehicle from Castle Motors and have always been extremely satisfied with the whole procedure from identifying the vehicle I need right through to repairing any faults that may have developed during my ownership. As with all vehicles, whatever their value or age, they can develop faults. These faults have at times been repaired outside of a warranty period for which I am extremely grateful. I have always found all of the staff very personable, from Angela on the reception to Lenny who gives the cars a wash, all of my needs have been meet and on many occasions been exceeded. I would encourage you to try Castle Motors for your next purchase, I'm sure you too will become a customer for life. I'm already looking forward to my next purchase.
