Cavendish Auto was recommend by a colleague who bought a car from them. Overall I would say my experience buying a car from Cavendish Autos was very good. The whole team was very friendly helpful. The car was as described and well priced.

Didn’t end up buying as we are now emigrating and have decided to hold onto the old banger but when we were looking they could not have been kinder. They didn’t have exactly what we wanted so we’re going to get specifically what we wanted in at a very good price actually. Thank you for your help and have recommended you to UK friends and family.

Bought my fiesta from here back in January. Broke down about a month after purchase, just something stupid, little switch on top of gear box. No issues since but car was recovered from me, fixed and bought back. Given a courtesy car for the three days mine was off the road. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending Cavendish Autos, normally warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on but they sorted me out and quickly.

HAVING HAD A SALES LADY AT CAVENDISH AUTOS EMAIL ME AND SORTING OUT A DEAL I FIND THE SALES MAN I SPOKE TO SEEMED UNINTERESTED IN THE DEAL ALSO HE WELL UNDER VALUED MY CAR .AND MADE IT SOUND LIKE HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR TAKING MY CAR AS PX ALONG WITH THE I WAS TOLD THEY HAD EMAILED ME AN INVOICE FOR THE DEAL AFTER 1 DAY OF SEARCHING I COULD NOT FIND IT THEY WANTED ME TO DEPOSIT A DEPOSIT TO THERE ACCOUNT WITH NO INFORMATION WERE TO DEPOSIT THE HOLDING FEE FOR MY NEW CAR DESPITE ASKING TIME AND AGAIN I FIND THAT THE SALES LADY WENT OUT OF HER WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND HER JOB BUT THE SALES MAN KILLED THE DEAL WITH HIS ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS CANT BE BOTHERED APPROACH I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR !! TO SUM UP I FEEL VERY LET DOWN AS I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING MY NEW CAR

Don't buy a car from Cavendish Autos, I was given a years mot amazing car had no screen wash in ha the car was rubbish, needed new tyre air con didn't work boot wouldn't stay up took car to halfords the front suspension was red alert the car had been keyed before I got it they never answer the phone do not put wrongs right and obviously I was given an illegal mot, warrante doesn't exist as they ignore you over priced scrap cars business needs reporting

Just called Cavendish Autos about a car never ceases amaze me how disinterested sales people can be both answering the phone and or processing the enquiry. If you don’t want to be in the service business don’t make it your career! Needless to say I won’t follow up with a visit!
