I saw the advert of the car online. The details of the car was very simple and pictures shows most details of the car. I called to arrange a viewing of the car and they were very polite in their dealings. The whole team was very helpful and honest I must say. They arranged to pick me from the train station and I was very impressed with their service which made me buy the car from them. I would recommend Cavendish Autos.
We came to Cavendish Autos to swap our car for one that was a smoother ride, as the drive was just a bit too heavy handed for us. They provided us with a car that was 4 years older and within the 1st week, the car was already breaking down and clunking around. Our numerous requests to have it fixed took forever to be responded to, and when they were, they were nothing more than Band aid remedies for serious issues. For peace of mind, do not use this company.
March 2018 I bought an XJ350 from Cavendish in part exchange for my old car. This car was exactly as described in the auto trader advertisement, with both the external and interior as categorised, in excellent condition. I met one of the partners who own the dealership there and he gave me the full auto-trader dealer part exchange valuation price for my car, even though I'd inadvertently ripped the driver side trim off it a few days before while parking it in my garage and sliding on the ice. The Jag had a few minor problems when I drove it home, the rear sensors didn't work and there was a clicking noise, but I was told to bring it in and it was fixed at the dealers expense without complaint. They also introduced me to the workshop on the same lot who carried out a full service at a really good price. I love the car, I'm very happy with the way it runs and I can highly recommend Cavendish for the sales service and after sales care I received. I would be happy buying here again

Flew to the UK from Sweden to buy a Jaguar XJ6 3.0 V6 from 2005. The Cavendish Autos (Nicoletta) told me via mail that the car was "in excellent condition throughout"...no dents, no scrathes and so on. When we arrived to Coventry we were very disappointed - the car had areas with corrosion in the lower parts of the door and boot, , a large scratch on the right wing and three of the tyres were "on the edge". The manager (Daniel) had obviously not inspected the car before we arrived !!! Manual/drivers handbook was missing etc. As we travelled to England in order to buy this "nice" Jaguar we accepted it after discussion and a minor price-reduction (what were the alternatives?). Now back in Sweden - the car has some problems with the fuelpump or...? I can´t recommend this Company - they are not serious!!!

Found Cavandish autos very helpful lots of paperwork no hard sales pitch was given time to think small repair needed completed in good time span would definitely get another car from them again. Car has 3 months warranty 12 months aa cover and 12 months mot so really happy
