My experience was a refreshing change as i usually hate garages especially sales people. The guy there was friendly and gave me good advice without patronising me which is what i always seem to get being female!!
I'm very nervous on test drives but Jim or John (sorry i cant remember) stressed that it was important so i get the right car. Annoyingly for him i ended up trying 4 till i was happy.
I found a very similar car £200 cheaper elsewhere but these had the alloys refurbished? (i think thats what you call it) so i was happy to go back the next day and buy it.
So far i have had to replace a bulb and there was a squeak coming from the boot which they sorted for me x

I wouldnt go anywhere near Central Car Co be aware if interested bought it and had nothing but problems with engine overheating and coolant issues gave car back after 8 weeks of hassle and 7 attempts at trying to fix it and wouldnt recommend buying from this dealership owners arrogant and not very helpful was very dissapointed as on the outside looks like a great car for the price but was i wrong stay away

This was expected and we strongly disagree with the star rating apart from the 'resolving issues' single star. This was correct and justified.
Our salesman at Central Car Company prides himself on customer service, and after several failed attempts at rectifying the cars fault he even lent them his personal vehicle to help smooth the situation. He is always helpful and is regretful that this has happened. This was one of those rare vehicles whose fault simply could not be found or rectified. After using several garages and spending over £1000 in parts and labour we had to unwind the deal at our expense, and we are sorry the customer had to endure this process. The customers partner in his own words has bought several vehicles from us in the past with no trouble so it is a shame to receive such a review. It is not without some merit though as we clearly failed the customer on some levels. It is with regret that we could not have managed their expectations.
Despite this review i wish them good luck in the future and thank the purchaser personally for her continued patience during the time we had her car.

Good knowledge of the cars I test drove.
James from Central Car Co sold my Mum a car, he took the time to find the car that would suit her needs, I then went back and bought a car myself. I found the whole car buying experience easy, honest and reliable.

Not many honest garages around. Central Car Company Grimsby seem to be the exception. Tall guy whose name I cannot remember took the time to show us all the options and was friendly and knowledgeable. This made a change from the usual typical salesman.
Car has been ok since purchase.

Central Car Company were very helpful, they really took their time with the car and answered any questions I had. There was no pressure they let me make my own decisions, I was able to negotiate the price down a little which was great, very friendly bunch of guys. Highly recommend.
