For the last 7 years I have been a customer of Chariots and have to say that I will no longer visit any other dealer. The absolute BEST customer service where staff go the extra mile to give satisfaction. Having bought 8 cars from them, Franco & Liam have never failed to keep me happy. Peter (service manager) has also gone way over the call of duty for me recently for which I am sincerely grateful. Thank you guys!
At 9.04am I called chariots and spoke to franco about a audi advertised. Firstly I asked if the car was available, it was. Secondly I asked would the car b available for free delivery ( as advertised in bold letters due to coronavirus) as I come from Glasgow, again it was. I stated I was interested in the car and would like to leave a deposit, franco told me they weren't taking a deposit on this car, cause it was no guarantee I would take the car and others were interested. So I agreed with franco I'd go ahead with the deal and I'd go get money sorted. Franco asked if I'd a trade in, which I did, but was intending to do private. He said he could get me a price, so we agreed on the deal. This took less than 10 mins. A half hour later I recieved call to get my details for the delivery of the car. A hour later after making a 15 mile round trip to 2 banks and transferring money to different accounts I phoned chariots to find out best way of paying for it. I was put onto Liam. He then informs me that it would b £599 for the car to b delivered and I'd to pay for it. I told him this was not what was advertised or agreed by franco and myself, and I was in the bank, I'd phone him back shortly. 20 mins later once home and checked what was advertised, I phoned Liam back. He then informs me he has just took a deposit 15mins ago from someone local and the car was sold, subject to finance. He finished off by saying he would phone me by end of day regardless to let me know if the vehicle was bought, and I'm still waiting. As far as customer service and the experience I've incurred I thought practices like this ended back in the 70s, I was under the impression I had agreed to purchase this car verbally with franco, and I was under the impression that a verbal agreement in uk law was law. I've been left disgusted with this whole episode , I didn't think a supposed reputable dealership would stoop to underhand strokes for the sake of a few quid, I was wrong.
ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chariots Specialist Cars is the worst car dealer in England. Dodgy Car Dealer. Check their ex worker review and you will find out more. The story. I bought an Audi A6 2012 CVT Automatic The gearbox had issues within the first Month a computer report was printed by their own workshop showed the gearbox Malfunction I asked the Managing director Santoro to sort it the issue he assured me don't worry but nothing happened. The Malfunctions error kept coming for 9 month long Till totally stopped driving The had other issues along the way such a suspension control arm I called them recent to do something regarding the gearbox said they will not do anything as I have literally passed the miles stated on their Mickey mouse warranty. Consumer rights Act 2015 The Act states the car must be “of a satisfactory quality”, “fit for purpose” and “as described”. (For a used car, “satisfactory quality” The car has been giving errors since the first day! I will take legal action STAY AWAY

Put my BMW 335D for sale in the Auto Trader. I took 100 plus calls in the first 4days with many dealers making insulting offers on my car. On the 5th day I spoke to Nick who came across as pleasant jovial dealer and he asked me what I would be happy to sell the car for. I gave my answer and Nick never tried to haggle he instantly put a deposit on the car 2days later picked the car up after paying the agreed price. Later in the day Nick got in touch to thank me for the sale which I thought was a nice personal touch in this day and age when most communication is done through email etc. Thanks Chariots Specialist Cars it was a pleasure doing business with you.
Very poor service from Chariots Specialist Cars. Never admit their fault. They think they are the only genuine car dealer and their mechanic are better than actual manufacturers mechanic. took my car to repair under the warranty but did not do nothing also unable to provide any evidence what work has been carried out. called me and only gave me 2 hours notice that delivery driver is on his way to drop my car off and pick up the hire car. I had cancelled all my important meeting and rushed home. My car came dirty inside out. Alloys were damage also scratched on passengers side door. And refuse to take liability. Advised me those damage was pre-existed but when they have picked up car in the first place delivery driver didn't put any pre-existing damage on the paperwork. I wouldn't give any STAR if possible. Really poor service . Please avoid CHARIOTS at any cost. On 11 October 2018 Nick from CHARIOTS called me to threatened me with LAW SUIT. Absolute Disgrace. If CHARIOTS can't provide good service to customer don't expect good review. Also DON'T THREAT customer with LAW SUIT. Again I have received 12 calls today 25 October 2018 from CHARIOTS keep threatened me to remove my review. Or I will face the consequences. Real unprofessional.

I visited Chariots Specialist Cars In May to buy an Audi TT and I am really happy with it, I would fully recommend this dealership. Really good clean car in excellent condition and for a really good price. The dealership have been really helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions.

Just bought a used C-Class from Chariots and was most impressed by their professional, friendly and more than helpful attitude. Dealt initially with Franco, who helped us with locating the vehicle we were looking for. Luke was the guy who actually sold us the car and couldn't have been more helpful and courteous, throughout. We were most impressed by being allowed to take the car out for a test drive, on our own. It can be intimidating having the salesman sitting in the passenger seat while you take it out for a spin. We were told we could be out for an hour, if we wanted. We thought this was very trusting of them and I am sure it made all the difference to us deciding to buy the car, as we had plenty of time to check it over thoroughly. Purchasing a used car can be a very daunting experience but we can honestly say that everyone we dealt with from the ladies on reception through to Franco ( the boss) himself, made the whole experience pleasurable. They provide an air of complete professionalism and we can and will, certainly, recommend.
Went in to see Luke on Sunday with a friend of mine. He looked after me so well I took the car then and there! Nice guy and the girl on the front desk made a lush latte aswell which can always win me over. Recommend to anyone
