We have recently brought a car from Cherrytree car sales - fantastic example of how car sales should be! After weeks of dealing with rude uninterested car sales people refreshing to deal with Rob and Jamie! We had a small issue after a few days of owning our car and without any hesitation the car was taken straight into the garage and looked at! Couldn’t have asked for better service!

I bought a car through e-bay from this company. When I arrived for a look, they were very helpful, however, there was no fuel in the car to test drive, but, having been reassured that it was a great little car, I bit the bullet & bought it, Big mistake! Having filled it to the brim with diesel 2 days after purchase, a warning light came on, replaced part that was supposedly broken & less than 2 weeks after purchase, the car broke down! I spent over £300 replacing parts only to find that the car is scrap! Have now gone to Citizens advice, who inform me I am fully entitled to my money back & the money I spent on it, as its not fit for its intended purpose, so, as advised, I sent a letter recorded delivery & there has been no response! A very upsetting experience for me. I just want my money back & to forget the whole experience!

Again I am sorry to hear about this. However you did knowingly buy the car through a eBay auction with the car listed with faults and clearly stated sold as seen with no warranty given or implied and no comebacks or returns accepted. It was listed as a trade sale. You knowingly signed an invoice that stated these facts and happily drove the car away. There was no pressure from myself and you looked around the car and saw all the paperwork etc.
I recently bought a Nissan X-Trail from Jamie at Cherrytree Car Sales. The service is relaxed and friendly and the aftercare was great. When I had a small issue with the car it was quickly sorted with no fuss so buy with confidence. Recommended!

I purchased my car from Jamie at Cherrytree Car Sales who was superb, friendly & extremely professional. It's a great place to buy a car as the environment is very relaxed with no pressure to buy and you can take the car for a good test drive on your own. Jamie's Dad showed me the car & he was very nice too. Would recommend 100 per cent.

First impressions off Cherrytree Car Sales was a regular looking dealership on a industrial park. I actually knew the guys that worked there from a previous job i'd done. I was very pleased with the service I received there. The car was clean and as described and therefor I would recommend this dealership.
