I found the staff at Cheshire Performance Cars, mainly one (Tom) very unprofessional and arrogant after the sale was complete. They took my old vehicle as part exchange in which a valuation was done and we agreed on a price there and then for them to later try and knock more money off the PX for the same bits that was brought up on the first initial figure prior to viewing then on the day of collection of my new car. They then said they put the car price though finance company wrong and they demanded a extra 500 pounds or they would have to start the whole process again which they had already kept me waiting for the car for what ever reason because when I turned up the car was not even cleaned and other little bits which we agreed on getting sorted was not sorted and shown hardly any interest when i rang them back so yo me there warranty is useless they promised me a full tank of fuel which did not happen and as I had already paid deposit and signed all the finance paperwork I felt that had me where they wanted me, also I would never use again or recommend anyone on using this company they are professional until they have your money then they don't want to know.

Sales guy here was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble was given keys to a couple of cars and allowed to look around at my leisure I was there for a few hours! Got sound advice re my finance options and deal was completed in matter of days. Will definitely be purchasing my next car form here too.

I recommend Cheshire Performance Cars as the service I received was excellent,. straight talking and easy to do a deal with the manager. they allowed me to check the car with my own mechanic which a lot of places don’t like but these guys didn’t mind. nothing to hide they said! they were right except I wanted a new exhaust box because of some corrosion no problem it was replaced as part of the deal. thank you boys for great deal and great car.

I recently purchased from Cheshire Performance Cars on 09/06/18, 15 days & circa 500 miles after taking ownership I noticed several issues. Car inspected by RAC who said “The extensive number of defects found on this vehicle are likely to prove costly to rectify” DVSA re-examined the MOT which was issued two days before I collected it and they found defects for which the vehicle should have been refused a test certificate. As of 06/08/18, CPC have not contacted me to resolve the issue, or made any arrangements with me to inspect the car.

Hi Ricky. We are sorry your experience hasn’t been a good one. You purchased a 10 year old vehicle and raised a number of wear and tear issues which we were happy to inspect and address for you. You then changed your mind and decided you wanted a refund. At the time of you review the matter is still ongoing and we have only received the independent engineers report on the vehicle from the finance company yesterday. We are aware of our obligations and will continue to work with the finance company to conclude the matter amicably - we are sorry this in not in line with your timescales but legal matters can and do take time.
