Now where do I even start with this dealership… an inexperienced salesman Josh Mehmet and a manager Ryan Wixon who is useless at doing his job!!!! How this dealership makes money with these people working there I do not know. I made a call to purchase a new RS3 on the forecourt of the dealership, I spoke to a salesman called Josh Mehmet and discussed my options. We discussed the cost of the car and how much it would cost me monthly, I was happy with the figures so i made a £1000 deposit to secure the car. A couple of hours later Josh calls me back advising that there was a mistake with the monthly payment figures he gave me and they were unfortunately going to be higher than he first gave, they were increasing by an additional £80 a month over what he first agreed. I advised that this was not very good business and I didn’t want to proceed with the sale, he then advised that he would speak to his manager to see what they could do to fix this. A few hours pass and he calls back advising that he’s managed to get a reduction on the price but it’s still going to be £30 a month extra on top of what we originally agreed, he managed to talk me around into considering it so I asked him to send me over the quotes in an email so I can see the figures in black and white to decide what I would like to do, HE THEN ADVISED ME THAT THEY HAD SOMEONE ELSE INTERESTED IN THE CAR AND HE WAS NOT PUTTING MY DEPOSIT MONEY ON THE CAR TO SECURE IT UNLESS I SIGN THE DOCUMENTS AND GET THE FINANCE DONE STRAIGHT AWAY. Now, I’m not sure if this is the new salesman tactic but it’s coming across to me like this was blackmail from the salesman, what the hell did I pay the £1000 for in the beginning?? The following day I contacted Josh and advised I wasn’t happy with the figures and wanted to pull out of the sale as the figures were higher than originally agreed in the beginning, he then advised that the managers will not be giving my £1000 deposit back as this is toward paying for the managers time in trying to sort figures out on the car. NOW THIS IS A JOKE!!!!! A well established dealership in London looking for excuses to take peoples money off them and salesman trying to blackmail and pressure customers into buying a car, it’s disgusting, illegal and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! I’m now having to take this to Audi uk and raising a complaint with trading standards and the ombudsman. I am fully within my rights under the consumer rights act 2015 of long distance selling laws and I’m well within my rights to have my money returned. Very poor Audi dealership
STAY CLEAR!!!! CHINGFORD AUDI ARE A SCAM!!!! 0 STARS!!!! People stay clear from this dealership, I was an avid customer and someone whom recommended friends and family to this brand and dealership. However, the last TWO vehicles I’ve brought from this dealership have been FAULTY and NOT HEALTH CHECKED. Initially, in Feb 2022 I brought an Audi S3 from this place, which I was told had been health checked and prepared to a professional and high standard. But after, a noise in the suspension the car was taken in for work and it was discovered that it had been RE-MAPED. What that means is the previous owner had tuned the car to have more performance. This was highly unsafe and unreliable. The Manger at the time called me and explain how apologetic he was and he didn’t know how this had gone through their health check. I was sold car with a warranty that was not legally viable to be on road. However, I took the Manager’s word, that it was an anomaly and accepted his offer of giving the car back, getting a settlement and I press the matter no further. Couple Months down the line, I brought ANOTHER Audi S3 from this dealership in October 2022. Within the first 4 months of my ownership a gearbox issue developed in the car. I booked it with Audi warranty and they told me it was a module and that it will be replaced. Once I got my car back I realised the car was behaving odd and did not feel right. I booked another appointment to have my car looked at. The servicing manger and the member of the repair team did visual checks and a test drive before telling me that there was no problem. Couple days later, my Gearbox FULLY BROKE!! I was no longer able to select a gear or engage reverse. My car had to be recovered back to Chingford Audi. I conversed with the Manger telling him I was no longer comfortable in using and driving this car as it would give me constant anxiety and stress not knowing if the gearbox would break again. (As I had told them the car was acting funny prior to the gearbox braking) He told me it was just another module and that they would repair it. I no longer feel safe in this car and requested a settlement of my term. But the Management Team of Chingford Audi, have decided that to settle my term I have to pay them upwards of £1500. So I’m being punished and being forced to pay for a faulty car? I’ve given this company the benefit of the doubt with my last car and not pressed or left a bad review. However this time I want all the public to know that they’re rude, unprofessional and genuine have no compassion. I’m paying insurance and finance on a car that I’ve not used one day this month and in addition they want me to pay nearly £2000 to get out of a finance term. Because they’ve sold me a faulty car? This is NOT FAIR. People BURN your money before you give it to Chingford Audi. I’ve been in Contact with Audi UK and even there were unable to help as this dealership dodged their calls and then told them they would not budge on their price. STAY CLEAR PEOPLE DONT GO THROUGH THE STRESS THIS DEALERSHIP IS PUTTING ME THROUGH

Audi Chingford. Sales person Olivia Shepherd was absolutely excellent. However, the car I purchased had more miles than advertised. I didn't notice until I was driving home on the motorway. Called Audi about the discrepancy but, as you can imagine. Brushed off with excuses. Miss leading advert. Check your details on the day.

They sold me a faulty car for 24K, and in less than 2 week, I wanted to practise my legal rights of returning the car. I even sent them a video file showing the faults clearly. They asked to bring the car so their own technicians can decide whether the car is faulty or not!!!!!! I did take my car to them thinking it is Audi and they should be a legitimate company. The technician just called me saying that there is nothing wrong with the car!!! I said, well I have sent you a video showing the fault!! once he heard this, he changed his mind and said we will check it again!!!! If I don't get my money back, I am hiring a No win no fees solicitor to sue them.

I put a deposit down on a car at Chingford Audi to secure it. The next day they sold it to someone else without consultation. No integrity, completely unethical. Completely wasted my time. I would avoid at all costs.

I could write a book with the incompetence of the staff at Chingford Audi. I signed the vehicle order form, paid my deposit for a vehicle and the salesman didn't order the car. The finance information and the price of the car was also wrong. Management are like thugs, I sold my car in preperation of new car and I will be car-less due to the misrepresentation of a car saleman which also has a financial impact as I now have to hire a car until I source a new one. The management have no duty of care or customer service. I would steer clear of Chingford Audi and Group 1 Automotive at all costs.

I have just purchased a new Audi A7 Sportback from Audi in Chingford. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. I was dealing with Alex Vincent who kept me updated through the whole process, even on his days off! I would certainly recommend Chingford Audi for anyone looking to buy an Audi.

Happy enough to take the money off us quickly when it comes to purchasing the car, however when we need to get the coolant fixed under warranty, no contact and no rush whatsoever. Car had been booked in 2wks ago and had sat there waiting for parts, we collected the car as we needed it and were reassured that they would be in contact?? Do you think they have?? Feels like because we are not paying them for this work they are fobbing us off, honestly disappointed, but just proves that what everyone was saying was true, there aftercare is awful and they shouldn’t be trusted!!! I strongly recommend not to shop at Audi Chingford.

Nobody gets back to you - called and emailed several times, with no response. Completely incompetent staff - ordering parts and then not telling me the part has arrived so then just sending it back. No apologies. Absolutely useless and an embarrassment to Audi. How they think they can charge premium prices for an utter joke of a service is beyond me. Avoid.
