I am a regular client and all my cars have always been from Honda. I went into Chiswick Honda today to see if there were any good deals. When the manager came to speak to me he was very rude and insulting. He called me a comedian and said that I should be standing on a stage telling jokes. I wanted to buy a car but the manager's rudeness and arrogance put me off.
Firstly it appeared that it wasn’t actually been through the basic Honda checks! All tyres being low, windscreen wipers not changed. This made me nervous as to what else could be wrong, especially when having a newborn baby in the car. Secondly I took it in to get the body repairs which are actually standard from Honda approved used cars. I took advice from the salesman konrad to take it to another dealer local to work where this made apparent. The body repairs and fixes to the paintwork didn’t happen - and actually they appeared to have more scratches after the Valet!! and to top it off after the supposed valet the car wasn’t actually cleaned! I took a day off work to sort this out and was essentially lied to about everything by Chiswick Honda. This isn’t the level of service you expect from Honda. This was such bad after service that it actually felt like a personal attack!
I was interested in purchasing a Mercedes estate and enquired about trading my vehicle in part exchange. I was asked to provide details and photos of my car and they would get back to me. I sent the information they requested, but no one came back to me. I sent another email the following day asking if they received the photos and info and could they contact me. Once again, no response. If they were not interested or had sold the vehicle, I brief phone call or email would have been ok, But I hate being ignored. Never again.
I visited Chiswick Honda a month ago and agreed a deal with business manager Matt. Having asked on 3 separate occasions to email the paperwork I then rang to be told I would have to visit to see it. I live 40 miles away but travelled here as I heard it was good. My last call was 3 weeks ago when I was promised a call back, needless to say it never came so I presume the deal is off! Broken promises are not good selling points!
I bought a car from chiswick Honda the service was excellent and the person who was dealing with me was a guy called Jay he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding he knew which car I was interested and he gave me a great help and advice and so I liked to say thank you Jay I really appreciate all your help.
I am extremely disappointed with the aftersales treatment in the motorcycle department at Chiswick Honda along with the manager as they were unhelpful in resolving problems which the bike had during sale which I was unaware of. It took constant reminding in order for them to prepare the bike after I had bought it and communication was also very poor.
my overall experience was average it was a little bit expensive and think I could have got it cheaper but they did help me a lot
I found the level of service extremely helpful, when I arrived to to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by smiling faces and given a hot drink of choice while waiting for the gentleman that helped with the vehicle purchase, there was a massive selection of bikes but finding the right one was easy. I'd recommend them to anyone!
