I purchased a bmw 5 series for £9000. When I collected car it had been polished to a very high standard coulour polished disgiusing scratches and paint blemishes, also put a dodgy mot ,,failure on breaks do not drive then a certificate was issued rip off garage

We travelled from Leicester in England to Chris Waite in Wales. Tony had been helping my husband and he was great, well that was until my husband decided not to have the car and then the silence. Even as I spoke to him whilst I got my deposit back he totally ignored me. Never again. We don't drive for 3 hrs to look at a car if we don't think we are having it. It was nothing like the photo. There was all sorts of little alarm bells going off. Glad we walked away.

I have recently had a car from Chris Waites on finance and i have had trouble from day one. I have just took it for an mot it failed on so much i was told not to drive the car until the work had been carried out. It has cost me over £600 to have it put right as the underneath of my car was basically falling apart. i was totally ripped off by this garage and when i went back to them they didn’t have a time or day for me. I will never buy another car from this garage ever again. The attitude from them was absolutely shocking.

My partner bought a car from this car garage under 12 months ago. It was driven out of the garage and needed a new clutch straight away they sold it knowing the clutch wasn’t ok. After that the brakes went which you can class as wear and tear however the calliper was also gone and was told no way should it get into that mess. To top it all of my electrics have now gone on it costing me another £350. The warranty they sold me at top value £300 is not worth the paper it’s written on and nothing is covered when they told me it would be completely misled by them and will now be in contact with trading standards. Going by reviews on here people seem to get abuse after leaving bad reviews! Fine by me. Trading standards will be in touch!

This is the worst "dealership" if they should Evan be called that I have ever had the Diss pleasure of stepping foot in, owner was aggressive over the phone when told the car broke down and and refused to fix it after less than a month of it being purchased, please don't by a car from these rogues and don't be fooled by there first aperences. They will Rob you without a second thought.

Do not purchase a Vauxhall Zafira Tourer reg WL15 KLM. It is back on sale after I have returned it last week. The car broke down not even 3 weeks into purchasing the car. The car has a wide range of electrical issues!! Cannot believe that they would even put this car back on sale. Chris waite is an incredibly rude man, vile infact. Swore down the phone, hung up on me several times, and refused any contact with me. I was more than accommodating and understood at first but after being treated so horrifically i burst into tears after each phone call. Please go and spend your money elsewhere he does not deserve your money. It took over 8 weeks to get my money back but that was only because they were threatened with legal actionand my finance company was involved. I have lost alot of money since purchasing this car. The amount of upset and stress this company has caused me is vile. DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!

Being dealing with Chris and nick for years. Always had a good deal and always helpful and pleasant. Don’t know who I spoke to today but this guys attitude was discussing, very arrogant and rude. Not professional and certainly not helpful.

My strong advice is to avoid this company - Chris Waite Car Sales, Blackwood if you're thinking of buying a vehicle! Nick, a director of the company and son of the owner assured me over the phone, that the vehicle I was interested in (VW Caddy, reg YY64 EUD) was in very good condition and no faults. This was of particular importance to me as I was travelling from N. Ireland to see this vehicle. When I arrived (25/06/20) to view the vehicle it appeared clean inside and outside. It was drove out from the garage and oil was noticed on the floor. Upon closer inspection, underneath the vehicle was covered in oil. Obviously alarmed at this and greatly dis-appointed I refused to purchase the vehicle and requested my deposit back which was agreed. Nick the sales director, then stated it was an oil over-spill. Clearly and absolutely incorrect and later confirmed by his mechanic that it was a seal needing replaced. The owner, Chris Waite then arrived to the premises and when I attempted to discuss the issue further he was NOT interested, in fact stating "it was my problem". This business has clearly no regard for it's customers and prepared to tell lies, deceive and say anything to try and get a sale. Don't believe the nonsense that is written on their homepage as it is a complete falsehood in my experience.
