From petrol to electric, we finally made the switch. After me and my partner were in the market for a new car, we both decided that we would look for an electric car. So once we saw the Nissan Leaf at Chrome Motors we were quick to head down to the dealership and take a look at the car. After Danny explained a little bit more about the benefits of changing to electric, we were offered a test drive, the car got some taking use to but eventually I got the hang of it. After that, we were happy to go ahead with the car and once the paper work was filled in, we arranged a day for the car to be dropped off. This drop off service really saved us a lot of trouble instead as we wouldn't have been able to get back down to the dealership. I was very impressed with the car and the customer service.

I'm from Manchester but this was the first time I've visited this dealership. It has been an amazing experience from the very start and I can't believe I didn't come here sooner. I was after a new car but it wanted the same model as my old car, which was a Jaguar XF so the transition was very smooth and the only thing that was hard to get used to was the new toys that came with it. The girls love the touch screen radio, which keeps them entertained so that makes for an easy car trip for me.

It was my first time buying a car online and I wasn't sure what to expect, as I haven't purchased a car online before. We live in Edinburgh and with this dealer being in Manchester we wouldn't have the time to visit this dealership. So, after calling up to enquire about the car, the team helped to answer all my questions about the car, to put my mind at ease with me not seeing the car. The online process was very straight forward but the staff were on the other end of the phone to help answer any questions. The team even held the car for me while I had to sort some finances out on my end, which was nice of the team. Once the finance went through on the car, the team were quick to arrange a date and time for the car to be delivered. The car was delivered on time and looking like new, the gentleman even showed me how to work some of the buttons that come with the car. I'm really impressed with the service and I can't think of any points that are negative.

Really happy with my Mercedes! It was my first time visiting this dealership and I was very impressed with the service the team provided, as they weren't being pushy, I was able to look around the dealership at my own leisure. I do have a couple of issues with the handbrake being stuff but I have made the dealer aware of this, so fingers crossed it can get looked at.

I don't travel much in the car but it has been very good for the small trips I have done. 5* customer service.

The perfect dealership to buy a car from! I wouldn't go to another dealership after visiting this company, as I couldn't pick fault at anything they provided. The cars were immaculate, the team were very welcoming, and the aftercare was great. I didn't have to travel far to get my Mini Cooper but if it was further away, I wouldn't mind the travel. All is running okay with the car. I had a couple of issues with the timing chain when I first got the car and it was worrying me a bit, so I phoned the garage and explained the issues. The team were very quick and understanding of my situation, so they booked the car into a local garage and the issues were resolved, it only took 2 days for the car to be booked in the garage and the car has been amazing since and I honestly can't fault the car or the team. 100% the easiest 5 stars for the great customer service.
