I’ve owned BMWs in the past and had been looking to upgrade for a while. When I saw this BMW online, I’m really impressed with the car. I’ve been driving it almost every day and just need to test it on the motorway. It’s a big upgrade from my previous BMW, which was a 2014 model, and I’m extremely happy with it. The car was exactly what I was looking for and at a great price, so I decided to visit the dealership. I was very impressed with the experience. Natalie assisted me throughout most of the purchase; she was friendly and helpful, and I had no issues at all. After taking the car for a test drive, I was really happy with it. I first saw the car on Thursday and returned to pick it up on Saturday after selling my old one. It was spotless when I arrived, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. I would 100% recommend the dealership. The entire experience was flawless.

Living in South East London, I wasn't initially looking to buy a car up north, but I found a great deal on a VW advertised by Chrome Motors up in Macclesfield. I wanted a specific spec, and compared to similar vehicles locally, the one at Chrome was 1-2 years newer with around 20k miles less which was exactly what I was looking for. Glad I made the journey to the dealership as Danny and the team were really friendly, helpful and I felt like I could trust them which meant a lot. I couldn't be more pleased with my car, and have driven around 2000 miles so far without issue. It's nice and comfortable, and I'm really happy.

Running a vehicle export business, Vauxhall's always seem to be in demand. A customer was looking for something specific, and Chrome Motors had the right vehicle in stock at the right time. The whole purchase was good overall and I've got no complaints.

Bought a BMW 1-series convertible 3 weeks ago from Chrome, and am very happy with the purchase. They are very friendly and helpful, and seem very honest. We had a 2 hour journey so had pre-arranged to view it, deal done and car ready to drive away that morning. Would recommend to others and would buy another car off them.

My Ford Kuga has been absolutely fine, no problems with it, it’s a great motor. Really happy with Chrome Motors, a nice family-run company. It was my first time buying from them, and although I live far away, I did my homework. Being a family firm, I felt they looked after me well. I’ve dealt with bigger firms before, but I find smaller businesses tend to offer a more personal touch, and I felt very well looked after.

I'm getting on fine with my Land Rover Discovery. It’s currently back at Chrome for some work that was agreed upon at the time of purchase, but they’ve provided a courtesy car and have been really good about it. I can't fault the sales process either. They even delivered the car to us since I had sold my previous one and was without a car.
