Chrome Motors is exactly what you want from a dealership. There was no BS, it was just a pleasant experience from the moment I walked into the dealership. It was nice to speak to Danny who is also born and bred in Macclesfield, we had some good genuine conversations. At the point I agreed to take the car it was all easy and quick, which is exactly what I was looking for. Other than putting air in the tyres shortly after getting home the car has been fine and there doesn't seem to be any underline issue because I've not had to fill them up again.

The service was a 10 out of 10! The car initially had a few issues but when I informed the team at Chrome Motors of the issues, they were happy to help and got it all sorted to fit around me!

I needed a reliable car because of towing my caravan and it's pulling it along with ease. I did have a small issue with the air suspension but I'm quite mechanically minded, so after locating the issue I think it cost me £2 for the part to get it fixed and it's not come back since. Everything has been smooth sailing to be honest and I'm happy to give 5 stars👍

All went very smoothly while I was enquiring about my BMW. I found Danny and the team very informative about the car, his knowledge about the industry is really impressive. Once I agreed to take the car, the paperwork was pushed through within good time, and we arranged a day for me to come back. When I arrived, the car was prepped and ready to go.

To be honest I knew from the moment I saw the car in the showroom that I wanted to take it home because it was exactly what I was looking for. Even though I knew I was taking the car, it was nice to speak to a genuine person instead of trying to give me a lot of sales talk. After the test drive everything was very smooth, so I can't complain. The car has recently been on a long drive over the weekend, all without any problems.

Danny has been brilliant throughout the entire process of buying my BMW I3. There weren't too many questions I needed to ask about the hybrid because I had a Zoe previously that I unfortunately crashed. So far, I'm pleased with how everything is going with the car.
