I have always been careful when buying cars, to make sure that I get a good quality car for my money so I would aways visit a dealership and inspect the car for myself. However, moving with the times I decided to look online, and this is where I found my BMW I3. After phoning up and getting a very detailed explanation of the car, I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. The car was then delivered a couple of days later after the paperwork was complete, the car has been amazing since. It has taken some getting use to as It is my first electric car but I only use It for short trips so I'm slowly getting use to it. I'm not ready to go full electric just yet, as I still have a diesel, but I am very impressed with it.

The Mercedes we bought from here for our company is magnificent, it is in superb condition and lovely and clean. The salesperson we dealt with was really good and knew his stuff. I would not have any reservations about buying another car off them anyway and I will pass on our recommendation to anyone else we know looking for a new car.

Everything was super. Danny could not do enough to help me, he was bloody amazing. I had a private plate and he helped me to get this changed over to my new Mercedes. He was friendly and a really nice bloke, he stayed intouch with me throughout the sale and did everything he said that he would do. I bought a car from a big dealership and it was more expensive than this car and they were terrible, they lost my plate details and I spent months trying to get them back as all they did is tell me to call the DVLA. Chrome Motors were in another league to them. I would definitely come back to Chrome in the future.

I'm chuffed to bits with my Volkswagen which I purchased from Chrome and the service from Danny and Natalie was first class! They come with a BIG recommendation off me and I would absolutely 110 percent come back here again when I fancy a change!

Danny was a star during the purchase of my car, he made it a really enjoyable experience and it is definitely one that I won't forget. My motor is driving very well, it is a great car and is so comfortable to drive. The customer service was just as good, any question that I had he always answered, he always came back to me quickly. I can't believe how smooth and easy this car purchase was. I'm made up with the Volvo that I bought from here, it is in immaculate condition and drives smoothly.

I'm super happy with the outcome of my recent Vauxhall purchase from Chrome Motors Woodford. It went better than I expected it to, from the moment I stepped foot through the door of the dealership to driving away with my new car. The young lad that dealt with me was friendly towards me and helpful with everything and I cannot thank him enough. The car needed an MOT, it failed first time round but they got the minor issue sorted for me quickly and put it back through it's MOT and it passed with flying colours. I was very happy indeed and the car's been fantastic ever since. I would come back here again and highly recommend them to others!

I would highly recommend Chrome, they were a great help all the way through. They were polite, friendly helpful, and professional and I was extremely pleased with the service. The delivery of my Audi was on time and the delivery driver were helpful and friendly also and showed me some of the cars features. It was valeted to a high standard and it was clean and tidy. I'm absolutely delighted with it and it is nice to drive. Without actually getting to see the car in person everything work out perfect for me and I couldn't be happier with it all.

Everything is just perfect with our BMW that we bought from Chrome Motors in Stockport. We are at the Lake District at the moment and it made the trip there perfectly. The service from these was phenomenal, they understood all of our needs and did not try to push anything upon us that we did not need.
