I'm really pleased with everything about Chrome Motors, the customer service in store was impeccable, the experience felt family run, I felt valued and like I was at the heart of the companies interests, it felt personal, appreciated and like a customer should. The car itself is a dream, I have been driving regularly and I am made up with my purchase.

I bought a Ford Focus from Chrome Motors and so far it's been banging, I've only put 200 miles on the clock so far but it's been a great drive with no issues. We went to a Balloon festival and the car was more than sufficient to fit the whole family in. Credit to the team in the dealership who were brilliant and I will defiantly be returning in future.

The guys down at Chrome Motors were just amazing. No pushiness, no pressure, they literally let us do what we wanted and left is to our own devices which was ever so much appreciated. Our experience with Chrome Motors would sit at a 5 star experience.

I came to have a look at a Jaguar a couple of weeks ago at Chrome Motors, I am in the process of buying a new house at the moment and waiting for this to go through. I shouldn't have gone and looked at the car because I fell in love with it, but going through further financing wasn't ideal with the house sale. I explained my situation to Danny and he was brilliant, he told me if I left a deposit he would hold on to it for me until the house sale finalised, I did not expect him to do this and thought he may have told me to come back once I had the full money to purchase the car and just cross my fingers that he still had it available. I thought this was so courtesy and customer focused, I will be certain to tell everyone about this dealership.

I ahve zero complaints about the guys at Chrome motors, they were fantastic from the word go. The whole journey was brilliant, flowed well and was very well organised with no delays or waiting around.. Danny was very patient and helpful ensuring everything ran smoothly. What actually made me go ahead and buy the Vauxhall was the level of knowledge that Danny had and his great communication with me, keeping me in the loop with things and always answering my questions. The car is mint, I'm loving it....

Danny was polite, friendly and could not do enough to help me. I have had a couple of slight issues with the Mercedes since I bought it but Chrome Motors are aware of this and it is all sorted for me and he is keeping me updated with everything which I really appreciate. Some dealerships may hide away and not want to do anything about this but Danny has took full ownership of this so I know I'm dealing with someone trustworthy and honest. Would definitely use these again and recommend.
