I have had no trouble at all with my Land Rover from Chrome! Danny was a true gent, not pushy and sorted me out with a very fair deal. I think I had an experience with them that warrants top scores across the board.

I was over the moon with the service, the process, the car, everything from Chrome to be honest with you! I love my Lexus it is a really good car, just what I was looking for. I would have no hesitations returning.

Everybody loves my car, when I turned up in my new BMW they could believe it was mine and neither can I to be honest with you! The car doesn't only look the part it also runs mint! I had a mechanic give it the once over and he gave it a clean bill of health. The gents down at Chrome were brilliant too!

At first I did sadly have a problem with my Jaguar but I wasn't worried! The team at Chrome were in touch with me straight away when they knew and got it sorted straight away. They couldn't have handled it any better. They were also courteous through out. The Jag has been spot on every since. I have no complaints so that means it is definitely five stars!

I recently bought a BMW here and I'm over the moon with it. It's in really good condition for a second hand car. The salesman and everybody else I met was brilliant to deal with. I would definitely buy another car here in the future...

Smashing customer service from everybody at Chrome Motors in Woodford, I have never received customer service as good as this before. They were helpful, friendly, accommodating, courteous,... everything you would want a dealership to be! My Jag is perfect and is better than I ever expected it to be, I am over the moon with my purchase and would definitely return and recommend again!

Danny and James were absolute superstars, their service was impeccable right from the get go. They presented the Audi beautifully, and it was immaculate inside and out, there was hardly any marks or scuffs on the car, it look fresh from the factory! The transaction was so simple and straight forwards too, I can't complain one bit!

I am so pleased with my BMW that I bought from Chrome Motors, it does have a few little marks on the paintwork that I want sorting, however, you can't expect perfection with 2nd hand cars, its just one of those things! The guys were cracking when I was buying the car, especially Danny, he was a superstar and got everything arranged and organised for me! Smashing! Both the car and the customer service that I received is smashing! The Jag is a gorgeous little motor and is driving very well, I have no complaints about it! The team were lovely to deal with as well, they were so helpful and always offered a helping hand when needed. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely visit again!
