Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish from the team at Chrome Motors, I couldn't fault them and would have no problem recommending them to others. We only use the vehicle now and then but so far all seems okay.

Purchased a mini convertible from chrome motors. From initial phone call to arriving at the show room everyone we dealt with were friendly and professional. Mini is as described and we got a 6 month warranty without asking. Really nice family business and easy to deal with. Can buy with confidence from Chrome motors

So far everything with my Jaguar hasn't been too bad. I am still waiting for a reverse sensor to be sent out, but otherwise I'm happy with the car. Great customer service from Natalie on the day, I've got no issues with how the sale went.

Everything has been fine with the Volvo. I don’t drive often, but for the time I have driven it, it’s been great. The sales lady was absolutely brilliant – I can’t remember her name, but after speaking to a couple of garages, she was by far the most helpful. I don’t know much about cars, but she answered all my questions clearly and honestly. She was the reason I got the car, hands down. It was the most comfortable and easy car purchase I’ve ever made. 10 out of 10 and I’ve actually passed deals on to family and friends because of how good the experience was. Even though it’s a bit out of the way, I would 100% get another car from here in the future.
