Accessories on order for over 4 months now and still haven't got them, also they fitted a dash cam which is live 24hrs and drains the battery, had to disconnect it. 2 weeks before Clarks can look at it.

Popped in to browse, had pretty much decided on a Kia, but wanted more information before purchasing. Andrew Tildesley was a delight, very helpful, listened to what we needed from a car and suggested the most suitable model for us. What was particularly encouraging was even after he’d made the sale, when we went to collect the car he was just as charming. Not all dealers are the same. Would definitely recommend Clarks Kia.

Really impressed with the initial customer service I received from Clarks Kidderminster, firstly a lovely welcome by Nick last Sunday who in turn passed me to Tim Adams. Tim talked me through every concern I had and I get instantly at ease that I was making the best decision. I took possession of my red Picanto on Saturday and Tim talked me through the controls and answered all my questions. He subsequently rang me this morning asking how I had got on with the car and that I could contact him if ever I have any concerns. Excellent service, I will certainly recommend to my friends.
