After finding concept online, my advisor was very good, kind and understanding to my needs as well as the paperwork was all fine and sorted. I would use them to buy a car again in the future as Mercedes is going well.

This was the 2nd time I have used Concept Car Credit and the service has been consistently the same, the level of customer service they provide is excellent - really helpful staff. I am happy with my Qashqai I got the back end of last year, mechanically is good and as a whole I'm enjoying the car. I would recommend and definitely consider using them again. No-ones perfect so it's a 4/5 stars from me, but honestly can't fault them.

My partner has bought from Concept Car Credit before. This time around I bought a BMW 4 Series, and it has been brilliant. Both times they have made the process quick, easy, and straightforward, and when mine and my partner's agreement runs out, we will be going back to Concept Car Credit.

The Nissan Qashqai I purchased from Concept in December has been running well, with no problems whatsoever, and no complaints regarding my experience at the dealership.
