A week after I got my Insignia a EML came on but Concept were great and had it in the garage and fixed on the Friday before I went on holiday on the Saturday which was very good and all paid for by them too. Sam the advisor was very friendly and the whole time she made a comfortable non pressure environment and I have even recommended Sam to all my friends, I would give her 6 stars if I could

Everything's been fantastic. The the golf has been really, really amazing. I've had no issues with it so no complaints at all. I love Volkswagen Golfs. and I I just I really liked the look of the car - It was just a bit of me, really. The team at Concept were fantastic. they really helped me out and made sure that I was looked after. So I was very, very pleased with the customer service.

This was my first time using Concept to buy a car and it was great there were no problems alone the way.

It's going good with my VW, there are a few issues that I have made Concept aware of but due to the distance I am from them I'm going to go through the warranty, but when I spoke to them they were helpful. The same goes for the experience throughout they were friendly and helpful, I did find that the communication could have been better but when I did get to speak to someone it was good service.

I haven't never really dealt with this kind of thing before with buying a vehicle. But the guys at Concept made it pretty easy for me. I did notice there was not allot of choice of vehicles in what I was looking to spend so I think it would be really good if there had more choice for different budgets.

Its nice to have this car, I had one previously but it was just a cheap run around so this was a lovely treat. The staff were really helpful explained everything to me thoroughly. Nothing bad to say about them and would recommend

The whole process with Concepts Car Credit was quick, which was what I was hoping for, although I’m used to different processes, so I was a bit taken aback by how quickly everything happened. I would’ve liked a little more detail and the chance to explore different options, as I did feel a little limited. At the same time, I got exactly what I wanted, and everything has worked out and my Seat Ibiza is a good little runaround.

So far, so good with the Nissan Qashqai. It’s smooth and I’m enjoying it. Everything at Concept was smooth as well. They sorted the payment, did the checks and did everything. I also really liked the salesman. I can’t remember his name, but he was a very good man. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I honestly couldn’t ask for any better from Concept Car Credit. They sorted everything out straight away, were on the ball and were fantastic throughout.
