We were looking at a few different cars on Google. My partner has had a Citroën DS3 before, which is why we went for that one in the end. Whilst we were at the dealership, everything was good, including the communication side of things, and we are happy with the car.

My experience at the dealership was very straightforward, quick and friendly. I was in and out within about half an hour, was offered refreshments when I arrived, and was greeted very politely. The whole experience felt very professional and was genuinely a lovely experience. Other than a few small issues that I need to look into, the car is running perfectly well.

It's been spot on. The car was delivered to me, and everything was as described. It was like a brand new car. It has only done 10k miles. Happy with the purchase.

Overall, I do like the car. It’s clean and I’m getting on fine with it, although there are a few things I’m still getting used to and learning about as I haven’t had it that long. I’d also expected it to have things like reverse sensors, as I thought it had more features, but it doesn’t. The whole purchase was done over the phone as I’m based quite far away, so they sent me pictures and videos of the car. Communication was good, and they were helpful throughout the process. I think if I’d been able to see the car in person first, I might have picked up on a few things earlier, but overall the experience was still positive.
