The Ford Grand C-Max is running perfectly.

The guys at Concept Car Credit were top quality when I bought the Mercedes A-Class, which I love. The whole process was quick and smooth.

I would rate the experience as a 5, it was quick and easy, staff were extremely helpful and the car chosen is amazing, boot space is smaller than we hoped for but we will manage. Other than that everything is perfect

Initially, there was a slight knocking sound, but once this was resolved, it has been fine. The whole process was quick, and all of my queries were answered.

The staff at Concept could not do enough for us. While we were waiting, one of the staff even bought my kids McDonald's. On top of that, the Mini has been brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough.

After the car went back to the garage for a warning light that came up, it has been great. I was pleased with the salesman at Concept, and the car was fully valeted, clean, and ready to go when I went to collect it.

I originally bought a car and had to swap it due to an issue with the clutch. It would have still been a 5, although I put £50 of fuel in before the car was towed away, so I rate Concept a 4 out of 5. Sam was good and helped me get the situation resolved.

My new Nissan Juke has been brilliant. The customer service was good. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 is because I was a bit confused about a few of the car’s functions, but I called them a few weeks ago and they were very helpful and explained everything to me, so that was good.
