I love the car I purchased from Concept Car Credit. I originally applied for finance through a website that searched multiple places, but I was refused by all of them. I then received a call from Concepts Car Credit, who said they'd do a search for me, and they went ahead and did that. The communication was brilliant throughout the entire thing. They coached me through everything, spoke to me and kept me informed about what was happening and how it was all going to work out. I thought that was really good.

I was recommended by a friend who has bought from Concept Car Credit previously. As soon as I saw the Nissan, I knew I liked it. The whole experience was good, the entire process was very quick. The person I dealt with was really good, efficient and quick. The process was done nice and quickly, which was great.

The service I received from Gary was great. I've got no complaints regarding the car or the dealership. So far, so good with the Audi A5 as well.

The woman who helped me was lovely and really nice, although I can't remember her name. The whole experience was quite fast from start to finish, which was good for me as I prefer to get in and out rather than spend too much time there. There was no messing about.

They were really understanding, honest and supported me with what my options were based on my budget. They gave me several different options to choose from based on my specifications, which was great. The whole process was so straightforward and wasn't overwhelming at all. I'd 100% recommend them to others. My sister's currently doing her driving test, and I'll be telling everybody I know to go to them because they're amazing. great experience with a really lovely team. I've got nothing negative to say about them at all.

Overall, I've been really happy with the car and how I was treated. I'd 100% recommend Concept Car to other people. I've recently purchased an Audi A1 from Concept Car, and I've been really enjoying it. It's been a bit of a weird transition going from older, cheaper cars to something newer and nicer, but it's been good, actually. I had to get rid of my previous car before purchasing this one, so they arranged to have the Audi delivered to me. That was really good, and I was quite excited about it because it meant I didn't have to travel all the way to Manchester. Communication was through WhatsApp and phone calls, and they were really nice to deal with. They understood my needs and what I wanted, which was really good.

I’d definitely give Concepts Car Credit five stars for my experience. I purchased a Vauxhall Adam and everything was great when I bought the car. I did everything over the phone, and they delivered the car the next day. The adviser was really helpful and they were really good throughout. There was a bit of a hiccup in the beginning, but they got the issue paid for with no problem at all, so I was really pleased with how they dealt with that. I also noticed a bit of a dent in the roof last week, but I haven't contacted them about it yet, as I haven't had time. I work nine to five, so it's quite hard to get in touch. I think the dent will pull out quite easily, though. Apart from that, everything's been good with the Vauxhall Adam and it's been alright so far. They were really good, especially with sorting out the initial issue and the adviser was really helpful.

I would recommend Concept Car Credit, as the Renault Kadjar has been great and everything on the day went okay. 4 out of 5 star experience.

Absolutely spot on. I purchased a MINI from Concept Car Credit and I've had no issues whatsoever. I'm really happy with the car and my overall experience.
