Such a lovely car, really pleased with the Qashqai, it's lovely to drive! Everything were bang on, really impressed!

The customer service has been fantastic they have always kept up up to date kept in contact with me. They needed to change a part on the car and they let me know when it arrived, when it was fitted and when it was all done etc, really good communication. They couldn't do enough for me I'm more than happy with everything.

Bought a brilliant new car and I love it. The guys were brilliant and looked after me well. I have only used these this once but I would defo come back for another car when I'm ready to upgrade.

Everything is fine with my Mokka, its a bit different getting used to after a 1.4 Mini this is a much bigger car but I love the size difference and now I'm used to it I love driving it. The customer service was good and everybody helped me out if I needed anything.

I loved how helpful everybody was at the dealership especially Laura. After I bought the Corsa I wanted to do the extended year warranty and I messaged Laura and within an hour everything was sorted, she was so so helpful and really quick to get back to me. There was no delays and everything was on time, really really happy!!!

Cant fault my experience at Concept, I bought a Renault Captur and although it did have a few small issues to begin with Concept got it booked in and resolved very quickly. I am happy with how they fixed everything and the customer service was also very good throughout.

I recently bought a Ford Kuga from Concept, it was the first time I have done car finance so wasn't 100% sure what would happen. I found concept to be a very good dealership to deal with, they made everything very easy and straightforward when buying my car. I do have a small issue with the boot catch but im in contact with my sales advisor who is getting it sorted for me. Overall a very good experience.
