When I was at Conept, the salesman was helping me through the process. I can't remember his name, although he answered all my questions and took me for a test drive, which was good. The only thing that could have made it a five-star experience was the communication on a couple of occasions. We were keeping in touch through WhatsApp, but there were a couple of times when I had to chase him, but other than that, it has all been good.

I came across Concept Car Credit through a web search and my experience with them has been brilliant. The customer service was excellent and I believe the lady I dealt with was called Sam. I'm enjoying the Renault and everything has been alright with it so far.

Purchased a Kia Sportage from Concept. I had a good laugh and a chat with Omar. He made me feel welcome and I was happy with everything.

Bought a Ford Focus back in September, to be fair, we did have some mechanical issues with the car, but they took it straight back, fixed the issues and returned it. They were really quick about everything and really good throughout. The car was only returned yesterday, so I haven't actually driven it again yet, but they've been great with getting everything sorted and returning it to me. Everything was really quick from the start, including the approval stages and the whole process of getting the car. Even when we had the mechanical issues, they were quick to take it back and get it fixed. I can't fault them for how they've dealt with everything.

The team at the dealership were really good, very helpful, and I had no problems at all with the dealership. Everything went through really smoothly, and the whole process was really quick. There were no issues whatsoever, and nothing to worry about from my side. It all ran smoothly.

Originally purchased an Audi A4 from Concepts Car Credit but unfortunately the car broke down, so I have since been given a replacement. The dealership have been good throughout the process and we are currently just finalising some out of pocket expenses from when I was without a car. I've got no issues with the dealership and they've been helpful in getting things sorted. Although the original car had problems, I don't feel that's necessarily a reflection on the dealership. I'd be happy to recommend them to others and would rate my experience 4.5 out of 5 so far.

I couldn't fault them the car is perfect. Would definitely recommend the dealership. I'd potentially consider buying from them again in the future if I needed another car. The only problem for me is that the dealership is quite far from where I live, so it's quite a distance to travel. Having said that, it was worth it at the end of the day.

I've had no problems with the Nissan Micra overall. We did have to get the brake light fixed and the exhaust pipe was shaking about and banging against the engine. It cost £160 to get it sorted at the garage, which I had to pay upfront because the garage would only deal with me directly. Concept Car Credit reimbursed me pretty quickly, so that was okay and the car is fine now. If anybody I knew was looking to buy a car or exchange theirs, I'd recommend Concept Car Credit to them.

Concept Car Credit were amazing. They were really helpful and I'm very thankful for everything they did for me. I was in a position where I had no other choice and they really reached out to me and helped me. They were great and I really appreciated the help I received. I've actually been meaning to leave a review for a while but just haven't got around to it.

Omar was really pleasant to deal with, and the communication with him was absolutely brilliant. I would recommend the dealership to others. However, I am still currently in the process of resolving a problem with the car, which is why I would give my overall rating as a four-star.
