First time using concept, really simple, smooth process. very quick 2-3 day turnaround without any issues, felt it could have been cleaned a little better however customer service was great really pleased with how everything went and happy with the car.

Spot on service, couldn't have done anymore for me. I took the car on a test drive and they made sure I had long enough to get a feel for the car even asking if I wanted some more time. There was no rush or pressure into the sale. I would highly recommend.

This was my first time buying from here. It was all very straightforward from start to finish, with no messing about. The salesman, Kieron, was great. I have no complaints and have really been enjoying my new Qashqai.

I have actually been to Kieron and Concept in the past, and because of how well my experience went last time, I decided to use them again. I can definitely say that Concept is a trusted dealership to me. Kieron's service is great. He is always professional and friendly, and he answers any questions I have thoroughly. The car itself is brilliant with no issues at all. I would highly recommend Concept if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy dealership, and Kieron as a salesman.

I am really happy with the service from the dealership. It was a quick and smooth process, and any questions I had were answered. Everything with the car is great in terms of performance with no issues at all. However, I have noticed a crack on the driver's side mirror. I was told it would just be the casing that needed replacing, but on further inspection, it appears to be the whole unit. I also think the vehicle could have been valeted better. The carpets and seats were spotless. However, the boot, door trims, and smaller areas were quite dirty. To make Concept a five-star experience, there is a need for improvement in attention to detail. I would still go back in the future because the staff were great. This is just some constructive feedback.

Really amazing dealership, the whole process was straightforward and easy. I am really happy in my decision I didn't once feel pressured into anything. I would definitely use Concept again in the future.
