From the start the guys here made my car buying journey so smooth and easy, it took no time at all to get everything sorted. You can tell they know what they are doing there.

Used Concept a few years ago and it all went well, so when I fancied a change with the car I headed back to them. Once again they were great to deal with, went through everything with me. The car is great but my wife keeps on stealing it from me, but she's enjoying it and not heard about any issues.

I am rubbish with names but the lady that was my contact when buying my Qashqai from these guys was great, she put me in line with everything and was really thorough in every step ensuring I understood everything and giving great support. she didn't let me down once, what she said would happen did. She is very much on the ball, based on her service alone I would use them again. Since having the car its been good, but I still haven't received my V5, hoping to get this soon so I can get a unlimited pass to cross the bridge near where I live otherwise it can be quite costly. But other than than I am very happy.

Quick and easy process, constant contact with myself regarding the car, and very helpful, went out of the way to find me a car that was right for me and in my price range, excellent, then car delivered.to the door, what more can you ask for, would definitely use again and recommend. The staff and salesman that I had dealing with were so friendly and nice, made me feel very at ease of it all, also very approachable, was never made to feel a bother no matter how many questions I asked or how many times I rung, delivery man was also very pleasant and kept in touch throughout his journey. Just an overall pleasant experience.

I haven't had to much use out of the car yet as had a surgery recently so just getting back on my feet, however did manage to get a few drives out of it prior and I really enjoyed it and I am 100% looking forward to getting in it again. The service was really good to be fair, couldn't knock it. The process was good, they talked me through everything, in all honesty I wasn't sure if I was gonna get the car so I am super happy that I did.

The car I got is brilliant, it is the best thing ever! Could not be more happy , had no issues at all! Sam was so brilliant she helped me all the way through with anything I needed. The process went smoothly, couldn't recommend them enough!

So far everything has been great with the Qashqai I got, honestly no problems at all. the buying process was also easy no problems there. found everyone at concept to be helpful. Couldn't give less than a 5 stars very easy purchase.
