I was after a specific car when I enquired with Concept Car Credit, but unfortunately this wasn't something that was viable for me currently, but the salesman worked hard to find another car that would be suitable for me, and I'm really happy with it, no its not the car I had my heart set on but in about 2 years I will be heading back to hopefully drive away in the car that I love!

Concept Car Credit made the process in buying my Nissan Juke very straightforward and the salesman didn't use any gobbledygook talk with me, which was amazing, they explained everything step of the process so I knew what was going on. I have had the Nissan Juke for little while now and its running beautifully, so comfy and economical. I would return to Concept Car Credit in the future if I'm in need of a new car, but touch wood not for a very long time.

The Kia Carens I have bought from Concept last month is running well and I'm really enjoying it. The staff who work at Concept have been good to deal with they are very nice and the cover everything for you. I will be back in a couple of year for my dream car from them - Thank you Concept!

From the moment I got in touch with Concept Car Credit, they were easy to deal with and made the whole process so quick. When I arrived to see the car the gent who was helping me so so good, really polite even gave me some change so I could buy some sweets from the vending machine. Great experience and I would use them again.

Straight forward process with Concept Car Credit, and my Ford Focus has been a sound.

Everything has been all good with my car so far and as for the customer service, I thought the team were fantastic.

I got 2 cars from Concept Car Credit, 1 being a Volkswagen Golf and the other being Ford Mondeo. I do need to go through the warranty for the Golf as it shakes at 50mph but otherwise they are both running well. There were a couple of people who looked after me on the day, Andy and the owner. Both were all good and great to deal with.

The lads at Concept Car Credit are dead sound. Everything was clearly explained, and everyone was dead friendly. I wasn't expecting to come away with a car on the same day, but I'm glad I did because Kia has been the perfect size car for my job. I'll be back in 4 years to get the Lamborghini.

From my side of the car buying experience, I'm happy to give 5 stars for everything. The person who helped me was really great, I felt I got all the help needed, and so far the car has been good.

So far I haven't got anything negative to report about my experience at Concept Car Credit. I went with the Toyota Aygo and it's going well, I'm happy with it. I felt that Fetha was fantastic and really supportive throughout. I was a bit disappointed it didn't come with a second key but otherwise happy.
