On the day of purchasing the car, everything was fine and went smoothly. I believe it was Charles who I was dealing with and he answered my questions and took me out for a test drive. There was a small issue with the car after purchasing it and I had to replace a part myself, but that's been alright and wasn't a major problem. Despite having to sort out a small issue with the car afterwards, I've been happy with how things went. I'd recommend Concept Car Credit to others based on my experience with them.

I'd give Concept Car Credit Four stars and would recommend getting on just fine with the Nissan Qashqai.

I've got no complaints at all. Everything was fine when I went to the dealership, and it was quite quick and easy to get everything through and done. I think I was only there for about twenty minutes to half an hour, and I was able to drive away with the car.

Everything’s spot on with the car, unreal. Safety was the main issue for me. I was expecting to get knocked back but they give me the chance. Really straightforward and fast process. They did video calls, showed me the vehicle and I went to collect end of that week. I was there for about thirty minutes on the handover. Picking the keys up and driving off was the best part. They looked after me and I’m grateful for that.

The BMW 1 Series has been spot on. We originally went there to look at a Mercedes A-Class that was advertised on their website, but when we arrived, it wasn't there. We were told the website hadn't been updated in a couple of years, which was a bit off-putting really, as you go expecting to look around the cars advertised, but they weren't actually there. Other than that, the service was absolutely spot on. The chap we dealt with walked us around the cars and told us everything he possibly could. I can't fault him on that, and the service itself was absolutely brilliant.

Full marks for concept car credit. I got a Mercedes A-class from there. The engine management light did come on shortly after the purchase. The dealership said I could take it back to them, as it is under warranty. I just haven't had time yet, but other than that, it all went okay.
