When buying my Ford Focus from Concept Car Credit, they made everything very straightforward and simple. I had a couple of minor issues post sale, but as soon as I mentioned this to the aftersales they quickly got this sorted without a problem. Would 100% return in the future when the time comes for a upgrade and would recommend.

Overall I feel its been a good experience with Concept car Credit. The BMW is running well.

Unfortunately the Kia I bought from Concept Car Credit had an issue with it about a week after purchase, but I wasn't to worry. As soon as I got in touch with the team they were happy for me to take it to garage close by and reimbursed me all the monies to cover getting the issues rectified, I didn't have to chase it was there in my account the next day. This high standard of customer service is also the same for the sales process, everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, gave me lots of options but when I saw the Kia Sportage I knew that this car was the one for me, there is no doubt in my mind I would use them again. A solid 5/5 experience.

I am so thrilled, the Kia Sportage I bought through Concept Car Credit, it is big enough for my growing family and most importantly safe for us too. I have gone through my fair share of cheap run-arounds of the years. so thanks to these guys for helping get the Kia Sportage - I'm quite loyal when it come to things like this, they have provided me with a great experience, so I will defiantly come back in a couple of years for a upgrade.
