Good service. Wonderful service prompt quick answered all questions no false promises well done

I was told I had a 2 year warranty and that there was bulbs out and they would order them and let me know when they were in and haven't been in touch. And the air conditioning is broken. And the interior lights don't work.

Very pleased with my first experience with Concept. Customer service was fantastic there was no messing about it was a very easy process. The car itself is brilliant no issues at all and it is great on fuel which is the most important thing haha! When I picked it up it was all cleaned I would definitely recommend and go back based off of this experience.

Lovely ar, no issues. Use it everyday for work and then on weekends. The process was quick I went in got shown my options and got left to have a look around while I decide, there was no pressure on the sale which was appreciated, just very easy and quick and hopefully will be going back in the future when I am ready to upgrade.

After taking a car and then having a sudden change in circumstances. This company went out of their way to replace the car I had with a more affordable option. Definitely recommend.
