Concept Car Credit are amazing, a few years back they got me out of a lot of trouble and really sorted me out with a new car that I never expected I could get. With the experience and the service I received, I've now come back to buy my Mrs a new car from here too. We're both made up with how the whole processes went on both occasions, we were really looked after both times and would not hesitate coming back again and again. The Audi I bought (I've had for a good 2/3 years) have had no issues what so ever with it, its been a dream! My Mrs has just got a Golf now, she's absolutely made up with it, both stunning cars that we are really pleased with! Thanks again Concept :)

Purchased a Renault from Concept Car and its been great, perfect car for me and the family. Customer service was all good, the guys were really helpful and talked us through the process, we had updates and they communicated very well with us.

Spot on car bought from Concept, brilliant Nissan Qashqai. Drives fantastically and has a great interior. Had it dropped off at my house, all on time and in great condition too. Everything as described. Had a couple of issues a few weeks later but I got back in touch with Concept and they had be straight back in to get it sorted for me. They were great, really welcoming and accommodating. Really happy with how everything was dealt with so would definitely buy from them again. 5/5 stars.

When I went there I was a little taken back by all the choice there was, I finally decided on a SEAT LEON and couldn't be happier with it, its so nice to drive and cheaper than I thought to run and insure. Certainly am enjoying my Vauxhall Mokka. I've been out and about in it and its been a great car. Brilliant service from the team. I've already recommended to my brother in law and will definitely be going back myself too.

When i bought my Mokka there was a few niggles with it, everything has been sorted now and I'm really enjoying the car, so far so good. I couldn't knock the customer service they were pretty good and on the ball, everything was quick and I felt looked after by the team. Would not hesitate to recommend on to others.
