Love my new car so much it was absolutely immaculate when I bought it it was better than advertised. Fantastic customer service the staff were wonderful. Based on my 1st time experience with Concept I would defo use them again.

A quick and easy purchase, no messing about and no bother from salesman, they were all very good. Informative and helpful when needed, not over doing it. Bought a lovely motor, dead happy with it, its a great little car. I went to Manchester to collect it, it was all ready and everything was sorted prior, was on site for about 10/15 minutes and everything was done, in and out, quick and easy - I like this style of trading and because of that I will buy here again.

Given that the country was in lockdown and I was in desperate need of a car, the whole process went as smoothly as it possibly could, it was fantastic, very good customer service. Concept delivered the car to me, it was clean, shiny it looked perfect, I will 100% use them again when I'm ready to upgrade.

Absolutely brilliant car purchased I'm really enjoying it, now I'm back to work I'm using it to and from daily so really getting the use out of, its lovely to drive, no issues what so ever.
