I recently purchased a Ford Kuga from Concept car credit and the whole experience was first class! We part exchanged our old car which they picked up when ours was delivered, and even helped us sort the finance out, Every single person we spoke to at the dealership provided A1 service. I could not ask for anything more. It was unbelievable... I had a slight issue with the clutch slipping on the vehicle but they got it straight in for repairs and even supplied me with a courtesy car when they didnt have to. The aftercare was just as good as the sales process. I now use the car daily to get to and from work and to take my good lady out on day trips at the weekend. I do not think 5 stars is enough for this dealership - its a 105 out of 5 for me! I cannot say enough to praise them. It was a very smooth, hassle free process and I would not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle now.

A really relaxed environment, no pressure or rushing, dead helpful and nice staff. The car is really cool, its great for what I wanted, I chose a Peugeot 208, the black edition, its lovely and a good runner its treating me well. When I picked it up, social distancing and restrictions in place, but it was really easy. They did the handover quick but professionally.

This is the 3rd car I've had from concept, we will always use them to upgrade and buy cars, the process is clear, quick and easy. The staff are helpful, friendly and on the ball - will do what they can for you. Highly recommend, never had a problem with the cars or company can only praise.

Fantastic BMW purchased, the car is unreal, in absolutely immaculate condition and the performance is just something else. There's a few things Im still figuring out and trying to get used to, its very posh and techy so lots going on. Its lovely, really really pleased. Thanks Concept.

I am so so so happy with my Nissan Juke, I absolutely love it. Its running really well, no problems what so ever. Its been really reliable and I was worried with not been able to test drive it, but I'm really happy with it. Concept were great to me, they were helpful, kind and very polite. I applied for the credit with not much hope, but I was approved, its nice to see that there is companies willing to help those with bad credit too. I chose the dark blue one, its a lovely colour and very very techy inside, its lovely. Thank you thank you thank you 🙌🙌🙌

Lovely car purchased great service with lots of help and advice and the salesman was great at keeping us updated. They sent pictures and videos of the car as we couldn't test drive it and it was just like the pictures when we collected it.
