Recently bought my 2nd car from Concept, this time I bought a Ford Fiesta, I'm happy with the car, and the team were great, perfect service, I will use again and carry on recommending to others.

I went to Concept Car Credit and dealt with a gentleman called Gaz, he was great, he got everything sorted for me, really quickly too. He took the stress away and made it a nice easy process. I bought a Hyundai ix35, the car is really nice, its spacious, comfortable and driving well, I'm happy with it. I would gladly use again and recommend to others.

I bought a Ford Fiesta recently and I absolutely love it, its perfect!! It was really clean and tidy, inside and out when I collected it, and it came with 3/4 tank of diesel, very impressed. When I was purchasing Laura was fantastic, I could not fault her what so ever, she made me aware of every step, kept me updated, explained things very thoroughly, I knew exactly what I would be paying, the details of the agreement etc, just very very attentive. If I ever called up with questions, she was always happy to help, she couldn't do enough really. Everything was explained to me upfront and honestly, really easy and simple process. I will 100% recommend and use Concept again in the future, lovely: dealership, stock and staff. Can't fault a thing!

Bought a really good car from concept, very happy with it. Its a vauxhall astra gtc, lovely car. Quick, smooth and easy process, and customer service was brill. Very happy over-all with car and experience.
