My wife and I have a little one on the way, so it was was time to get rid of the BMW and get a family car, something more practical. I was shopping online and came across Concept Car Credit, with a huge range of cars in stock. I contacted them and ran through the details of a few cars, we decided on a Kia Sportage, mainly for size and practicality. I live in Birmingham, so quite a distance from Bolton, the dealer arranged for the car to be delivered to me. What I've driven of the car, its a lovely car, I'm enjoying it, really pleased with it over-all. The customer service was perfect, so helpful!

I'm really happy with my new car from Concept! It's really nice to drive, the boot is massive, its spacious inside, it ticks all the boxes I needed for a car. The staff had ensured the site was Covid-safe, I felt comfortable and safe when I was there. Everybody was lovely, very helpful and friendly. No problems at all with the service or the Vauxhall Insignia I bought, I would happily use Concept Car Credit again.

When I first bought my Nissan Juke, it was in garage for a few days as the engine management light kept coming on. I contacted Concept Car Credit and they got it booked in straight away. It's been fine since I collected. I asked them if the issue come back again what will happen and they said they would be more than happy to fix. They handled the issue well, and was helpful through-out. When I was buying the car it was very straight forward, quick and easy. Very good customer service skills. I would recommend to others.

A few weeks ago I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Concept Car Credit, I love the car!! Its nice to drive and great to handle, the car is smooth and really comfortable inside. Customer service was brilliant, very helpful and nice people.

I just upgraded my car from a 06 plate Peugeot 107 to a Nissan Juke! I absolutely love the Juke, I really do!! Its such a nice car, its nice to drive and much smoother and more enjoyable than the 107, Its a big difference in size, but I'm used to it now and really really enjoying driving it. There was a small chip in the windscreen but Concept have told me let them know when I can bring it in to be repaired. They were really helpful and friendly when I was buying and made me feel at ease, with no pushiness on me.

I can't believe how easy it is to buy a car through this dealership. They are quick, smooth and very efficient. I dealt with Laura mainly, she was really nice, very easy to deal with. The whole process was straight forward and quick. Laura kept me in the loop at every stage. When I went to collect, I spoke to a guy who was very helpful and friendly, he gave me the keys, I test drove the car, had a good look over it and off I went. There was no pressure on me at any point, they just answered all questions I had. Very happy with the purchase and service provided.

Laura was absolutely amazing when I purchased my car, she went out of her way to help me. Due to the way I financed my last car, it was proving to be difficult to get out of that agreement and into a new one. Laura went away with all the information and came back with a great result. She was able to get us approved on finance with them and part exchange the car. She really did do what she could to help. I've had cars previously from Concept Car Credit, and I've never been disappointed. I will be returning when I'm ready and will be recommending Concept to others.

I absolutely love my new Vauxhall Insignia!! Concept Car Credit have been great with me from start to finish. When I bought the car I loved the personal and professional service they provide, very helpful and kind. I did have an issue with the car and I was so impressed with how Concept handled it. The locking system wasn't working, Concept had a specialist come out to me to check this over. It's fixed now, but they have said if there is any further issues with it to call them and they will get it booked in. Very impressed and happy with the outcome, they remained professional during this and was nothing but helpful. I'm extremely happy with the car now, its a really nice car and lovely to drive. I would be more than happy to buy here again.

The after sales service at Concept Car Credit is just as good as the sales customer service. When I bought my new car, I loved it, it was perfect, a lovely car, driving very well, it suited me I was made up. A few weeks after I had a little issue with the thermostat, I contacted Concept and they got this booked in for me, its now been sorted and I'm back to loving the car. I cant fault the car, customer service or after care, they have exceeded my expectations. This is the first time I've used Concept Car Credit to purchase a car, but I doubt it will be the last, I would happily buy from these again with the confidence I'd be looked after.
