Over-all a good experience. I bought a Vauxhall Zafira, the car is spot on, the customer service was spot on. I would buy again from here. I have nothing negative to say all - couldn't fault anything, everything was sorted quickly and the car was what I wanted.

I can't fault the service at Concept Car Credit, I was well looked after when I was buying my Vauxhall Corsa, everybody was helpful and friendly. I would be happy to buy from here again, I have already recommended them to my sister and everything is going well for her too. I am really enjoying the Corsa, its a really nice car.

I bought a Peugeot 207 from here, the car is good, I've not had any issues with it at all. Its a nice size, and easy to drive, which is what I was looking for. I just wanted something reliable, comfortable and not too big, and I've got exactly that. Very happy.

The customer service at Concept Car Credit is absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for more. I have never received quality service like this when I've purchased anything ever before, it really was outstanding, they made me feel comfortable, always willing to help, and the sales person who dealt with me was very attentive and knowledgeable. It was all dealt with very quickly and professionally I wasn't waiting around at all. I would buy from Concept again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles they sell. I bought a Seat Ibiza, nearly new, its amazing to drive, I absolutely love it. I will be recommending to family and friends!

I recently bought a Punto, the car is lovely, was clean, as described and runs very well. Its cheap to run and insure and perfect for what I need it for. Couldn't have asked for much more. Concept Car Credit looked after me, they was helpful and friendly and answered all questions I had, they walked me through the finance steps, and made the process very easy. I will use again, and recommend to friends and family.

I'm very happy with the Corsa I bought, its a nice little car, in good condition and low mileage. I would use concept car credit again, they was helpful and got the Corsa sorted really quickly.

My husband has used Concept Car Credit previously to buy cars, he has had 2 cars from them and has always been happy with the cars and the customer service. I was ready for an upgrade so I took his word and bought a Ford B-Max from Concept, I am really happy with the car, its a massive upgrade from my previous car, and it's very modern with tech etc. Its lovely to drive and very comfortable! The staff were brilliant, they was helpful and kind from the start and made me feel at ease whilst purchasing. I will always recommend Concept as does my Husband and I would happily buy from them again in the future.

I was really shocked to see how quickly Concept Car Credit got everything sorted, it was a really quick turn around, from applying, to driving away. When I went to collect the car there was no waiting around at all. Everybody I spoke to during the process was helpful, polite and friendly, I couldn't have asked for much more really. I bought a Vauxhall Astra, and I'm loving it. It's only a couple of years old, so like new, and its in fantastic condition. Its the nicest car I've owned, and I can see me having many happy years in it.

I bought a Peugeot 108 and its wonderful! Absolutely made up with it. Its a lovely little car and I'm really enjoying driving it getting out and about. Its very reasonable to run, petrol lasts, insurance and tax is cheap so its perfect for me. The staff at Concept Car Credit were very nice and friendly, they helped me through the process, I will definitely buy my next car from here!

The customer service was great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and didn't rush or pressure me. The Vauxhall Zafira I bought is running well, its nice to drive and I've not had any issues with it. I would buy from Concept Car Credit again in the future.
