My Nissan that I bought from Concept and the service from Keiron was proper sweet. If I was able to score them 6 out of 5, I would do it. The whole process was sick, man. Keiron went through everything, so it all made sense to me, and he did most of the work, so I hardly had to do a thing.

Kieran was very helpful, patient, and understanding. He found me a car that is ideal for me, and everything is going well with my Kia so far. I also took out the extended warranty, which gives me full peace of mind if I have any issues with the car in the future. I only scored Concept 4 out of 5 because no one is perfect, but Kieran and Concept came very, very close.

I had been applying for car finance at various places, only to be met with rejection. It was disheartening, to say the least. Then, out of the blue, I received a call from Gaz at Concept Car Credit. He offered hope when he told me that if I could pay a £1000 deposit, I could get the car I wanted and be accepted. I was over the moon! When I first got my Vauxhall Insignia, I had an issue when the engine management light. When I called Gaz to let him know, he was brilliant and told me to take it for a diagnosis to a local garage. The problem was identified as an issue with a sensor in the accelerator box. Gaz covered the repair costs, the issue was resolved, and my Vauxhall is running smoother than ever. I am extremely grateful to Concept Car Credit, not only for helping me get finance when others were unable to, but also for taking ownership of the issue with my car and resolving it for me.

Good customer service. However not happy about the false information provided to me about the voluntary termination of my previous HP agreement . I was under the impression that when I arranged the appointment to upgrade my vehicle , my previous car was to be taken as part exchange. However this was not the case and I was pigeonholed into giving my vehicle up in a voluntary termination process. I then felt obligated to agree to taking the new vehicle for which the monthly payments are considerably higher.

Such an amazing company that provides flexible financing options. The staff were very responsive, competent, and helpful. A special thanks to Keiran, who always offered help and sorted things out for me. I'm now enjoying every moment in my beautiful new Kia.

I was very fortunate to find out about Concept Car Credit from a few people I know who work for them. I was not disappointed by their recommendation, and I found the service to be first-class. Everything is going well with my VW Golf up to now. I have no complaints at all.
