Nothing was too much for him, and he helped us out so much and even waited for us while we were stuck in traffic travelling from Wrexham to Concept. The whole process was very smooth, and everything flowed. The Aftersales team has been great because I had a slight issue with brakes, but this was sorted straight away.

I can't recall the name of the agent who looked after me, but they were helpful and answered all my questions. The best part of the whole experience was finally getting the keys to my Renault!!
