The customer service at Concept is really top quality. I've been able to get hold of a member of staff every time I've called up and they've managed to get any issues resolved. I'm still getting used to the switch from SUV to a hatchback but I'm very impressed with it non the less.

No complaints from me at all about my Nissan Qashqai and I'm glad that I opted for the 18 plate because of all the extra features it comes with.
