For my first time getting car financing, I think everything went as expected. Joe looked after me because he knew that I hadn't used Concept Car Credit before, so he really took his time to explain the process. I was happy with everything he was telling me, and I was pleased to see that the car was as described when I collected it. I've already recommended Joe to my dad and he is in the process of getting a car.

Joe was brilliant, he made the whole process hassle-free, and I'm a man that doesn't like to mess about, so when I enquired about the car, I just wanted to get it sorted ASAP. My Citroen was pushed through quickly, so no issues on my end.

There wasn't anything in particular that I would change about my experience at Concept, it went okay. My Mercedes gets used every day, so I've put some miles on the car since I got it last month, and everything is running as it should.
