Such a great car buying experience at Concept! I don't think there is anything I could have wanted them to improve upon. Their overall purchasing process was efficient. There wasn't any unnecessary waiting around. The X-Trail is a great piece of kit and is serving me very well.

In the past when I have purchased cars I have felt pushed and pressurised but it was the complete opposite here. The let me take my time and look around the vehicles available. I chose a Hyundai which I am so pleased with 😊 Would happily use again.

We bought a Ford Grand C-Max from Concept and I don't think we could have picked a more perfect car! The kids love it, the sliding door on the side and the function of the folding middle seat means they can just walk right into the back. The car car has really good mileage and the MPG is impressive! When we were making the purchase we were quite time limited because we had travelled such a long way so they went above and beyond to make sure we were sorted in good time.

I visited Concept with a few cars I wanted to view, I cant thank the gentleman who dealt with me enough because he stayed late while I was making my decision and was never the slightest bit pushy. I went with a Kia Sportage in the end and it is absolutely brilliant! I without a doubt made the right decision. There was a slight issue with one of the sensors going off but this was dealt with immediately! Very happy with how this was handled too 😊

The guys at Concept couldn't do enough for me! They helped me out like I was one of their own! Due to my personal circumstances I didn't really know where to start when it came to acquiring the car and the finance. They popped me in a comfy wating area and in 20 minuets thy had finance in order for me, I was shocked! Not only that but within an hour I had the car, they had sorted every little thing for me. They told me any problems just bring it back to them and they'll see me right and fortunately I haven't had the need to do that, the car is perfect. They have kept their eye on me too and called me to check in a couple of times. Such genuine, caring service!

I have always wanted a Range Rover, and with recently retiring, I thought it was time I treated myself. I came to Concept Car Credit to have a look around and it was just luck my that I came across a flipping good find! It was my lucky day, just the Range Rover I wanted! Jamie was great from the moment I enquired about the car, I didn't ever actually go to Concept Cars Credit as it was all done online, and these guys really show up other dealership with how reliable and responsive they are. If I had a problem or question I would just drop Jamie a text and you best believe I had a call back straight away. I was kept in the loop at all times and was never left wondering. My old car literally just stopped working and I needed a new car fast, these guys knew what needed to be done and got it done. I was over the moon with the car when it arrived at my house, it looked great! Just as described. It looked perfect, I was so excited to get in and drive it for the first time.
