Such a great service from here, from the initial inquiry to them about obtaining car finance to the handover of the car nothing was too much trouble for them. They talked me through the whole process clearly so everything made sense to me and they were patient when I was asking them any question or asking them to go through something again which I was unsure about. I'm delighted with my new Ford Mondeo it is a brilliant car and getting me from A to B without any qualms at all. I have already spoke to my partner about my experience and we will certainly be back here again when we are both looking to get another car.

I urgently needed to get another car because my old car packed in on me and my girlfriends uncle told me to try Concept Car Credit because he got a car from them in the past and found the service to be really good. I have struggled to get finance in the past so I did not have much hope with my chances but these were able to help me when others couldn't and Gaz who dealt with me was amazing and got everything done within a couple of hours for me so I was able to drive away in my Ford Fiesta. This is one of the best experiences I have had with a dealer and because of this my girlfriend also decided to buy a car off them.

We found out about Concept Car Credit in Manchester off a friend of ours who recommended them to us. We travelled a fair distance to come to see them and on arrival we was made to feel very welcome, it was a really quick and straightforward process with them.
