I got my previous car from Concept a few years back and they sent me a text message to let me know that I was entitled to an upgrade if I was ready. I followed up on this and spoke to a guy called Joe. Joe was so helpful, a great guy, friendly and he talked me through the whole process answering any questions that I had for him along the way. He explained how everything would work and it sounded great. I had some small problems with the car when I first collected it but as soon as I told Concept about this they were on the ball to get things put right for me and the car's been spot on ever since. A satisfied returning customer who would keep using this company again and again because they have never failed to disappoint me in any way, shape, or form. I always tell everybody about Concept especially if they are looking for finance too.

It is not the first time I have used this company and it will not be the last, the service was fab and always has been! Really quick turn around from applying for the credit to collecting my new car and everything was hassle and stress free. My Peugeot 308 is sweet, a really nice car to drive and has everything I need in a car. Things could not have gone much better dealing with Concept Car Credit again.
