I wouldn't say it was an upgrade, but I came just to get a newer car, more reliable and less miles etc, I got the BMW 1 series, a little hatchback and I love it. It's a great little car! I was very pleased with the dealership, the BMW was very well presented and looked brand new! I have had no issues what so ever with the car.

The Vauxhall Astra is a good to tell the truth. Drives really nice and is pretty smooth on the roads. I found the staff at Concept Car Credit to be incredibly helpful and they really know their stuff about cars. I would use again and I will be absolutely recommending.

Just a special shout out to Becky who I originally spoke to when I first called up, Becky reassured me and gave me so much information and support I cant thank her enough. She went through the details and then passed me over to Laura who sorted mostly everything for me! She was just perfect from start to finish. Absolutely amazing and just spot on with everything she did. She helped me out all of the way through to driving away in the car. I couldn't of ask for a better service. I purchase a lovely Mercedes E Class and that is spot on also ! I am loving it.

This is my second time using Concept Car Credit and I am very happy with both times I have been there. My other car got wrote off so I needed another that's why I came back. WOW, ok so. the manageress was just a star. She had everything sorted before I even got there. I told her I needed an automatic and explained everything and she basically got the the car most suitable for me! When I arrived I was welcomed and greeted very nicely - even offered a drink. I felt like I worked there. The gent I was dealing with me was just incredible, he was so patient. It was pouring it down and I was in and out looking at the cars and the Merc, even the chap working on the cars on the forecourt acknowledged me. Everyone was so nice, its nice to be nice! Everyone was approachable and very easy to talk to, the process was ever so relaxed and they went into so much detail when explaining everything. I am over all so so happy, thank you Concept and keep doing what you doing!

Absolutely belting. What a great team, These guys were more than just alright they were lovely and listened to what I had to say. I managed to get my self a BMW X1, Concept pulled it out of the bag. I would deffo come back again!
