Kieran at concept delt with my enquiry, he was brilliant and he sorted everything thing out for me. All I had to do was sign a few things, once I had made my mind up in which car I was having. I was behind the wheel in a matter of hours, I cannot praise the service highly enough, it was absolutely superb and i'm over the moon with my Vauxhall Mokka which I got from them.

I urgently needed to get another car because my old car packed in on me and my girlfriends uncle told me to try Concept Car Credit because he got a car from them in the past and found the service to be really good. I have struggled to get finance in the past so I did not have much hope with my chances but these were able to help me when others couldn't and Gaz who dealt with me was amazing and got everything done within a couple of hours for me so I was able to drive away in my Ford Fiesta. This is one of the best experiences I have had with a dealer and because of this my girlfriend also decided to buy a car off them.

We travelled a fair distance to come to see them and on arrival we was made to feel very welcome, it was a really quick and straightforward process with them.
