I was sold an ‘Approved Used’ car with a hole in the front radiator. Cooper Colchester have refused to pay for the repair and are blaming me for the problem. This is absolutely disgusting customer service bearing in mind I have only had the car for two weeks and during that time the car has not been used as I have been away on holiday. Do not buy a car from Cooper BMW in Colchester.

Cooper BMW Colchester advertise car they don't hold, hook you in with test drive and attempt to sell a car you don't want. Terrible people, zero intergity

Incredible experience from a top class Premium brand. Would use Cooper Colchester BMW again, Alex knew his stuff on the new cars. His passion for the brand shined through.

Allan at BMW Colchester was really helpful and has an excellent manner with customers. Unfortunately I can't say the same for his colleague Matthew who stepped in to take our money and tried to con us into buying GAP insurance (and other unwanted and overpriced financial 'products') by incorrectly stating "I am legally required to offer it to you" and did not provide the advice required by the Financial Conduct Authority to protect consumers from these unethical practices. Poor customer service, never experienced anything like it. Got spoken to like we were idiots. Have a major problem with our leather, looks like the seats are wearing a saggy pair of y-fronts. Service Managers attitude was "have we ever had leather seat??" I would not recommend Cooper Colchester BMW to anyone, or wouldn't bother going for the leather upgrade as our car is only a month old.
