I Have done my 5 series service recently, on my way to home car undercover fell down rang them they booked me after 2 weeks, I had to take other garages to take off to use my vehicles On booking date i drop the car off and pick it up next day and under cover felt down again, rang them again and told to bring the car back another week late. They replaced with the new one. They didn’t fixed the cover properly afterwards service . After 5 weeks of service the dashboard starts showing “oil pressure too low” called them and told not to drive engine might damage. I had to wait two weeks before I give the can in and was given video what to do,, agreed and paid them £2700. I bought the car back and showing same things as before, take back week later again they told engine oil sensor need to replace asked how much you gonna will charge for it said £199 parts labour £300 total £499. I bought parts from them but fitted elsewhere to save £300 pounds. Afterwards The dashboard was still showing same things as before. Called them Mr. Craig answered and said the car now needs resetting through BMW computer brings the car we will do it for you. Same day Jamei texted me they car ready, I picked the car up after couple of miles driving the dashboard started showing same things. I went to see Jamie who’s looking after the car through since service he said we need to diagnostic the car again will cost £300, I asked him you have done it so far 3 times you did it to the car you couldn’t find what is the actual problem is. He said could be something else. Look not right to me. All this happened recently over few weeks. Very disappointed. I suggest everyone not to go this teesside cooper for anything. They will ruin your time and money

Indifferent staff with Katy getting a special mention for rudeness. Great car but buy it elsewhere..

Do not purchase a new/used car from Teeside BMW, The sales manager David Moran is very unprofessional. He lacks zero people’s skills and his customer service skills are horrendous. I was given tyre insurance and protect leather cover for free but then had it deducted from my deposit. Nearly £900. Very disappointing. Will never use Teeside BMW again

The whole sale from start to finish was second to none. A personal video was sent to me prior to my visit to the dealership. Kate made the whole transaction so easy to deal with, and went above and beyond my expectations. My new car was sanitised and handed over to me in a safe environment with a vehicle presentation. I would definitely recommend BMW Teesside.

Test drove a car, agreed a price and paid a sizeable deposit on a car. After having informed them I did not need their finance package for the balance, I received a call stating the car had somehow been sold by another dealership. Took 5 phonecalls and 3 weeks to get the deposit refunded. Won't use them again.

Buyers beware at Vertu Teesside I recently purchased a new M135i. Under Covid unable to test drive. I contacted Teesside Vertu to discuss options of returning the vehicle with a refund. We had read something on BMW website which suggested this was an option. It was not. They did not accept my reasons for wanting to return. I bought the car in good faith and accept my decision to buy. So tried to part exchange for another vehicle. But would not give me anywhere close to the 35400 paid. Had one potential deal which on further investigation the X1 was not available and wanted more money than originally thought. I have contacted both the dealer and BMW customer service neither helped in anyway. Vertu made me an offer to buy back at 28.5k only 3 weeks after purchase. So buyers beware the after sales service terrible. They even said they wanted to keep me happy as a customer. The final insult is the head of the dealership who said he would investigate has not had the decency to respond direct. Have now gone to Mercedes who have been brilliant. So big heads up to Synter Mercedes at Teesside

We have recently bought our car from Vertu Teeside the sales team Matthew and Andy were very welcoming, professional and answered all our queries. Their friendly manner and the way the showroom had all the covid infection prevention strategies in place put us at ease. Matthew has answered any queries we have had promptly. Well done and I would recommend buying from here.

I am in the process of buying a car and have made payment 48 hours ago via a faster payment. I was promised that confirmation of payment, from BMW, would be provided within the hour. 48 hours later, 30 phone calls, 20 emails, 2 complaints to BMW UK, 1 direct complaint to the Head of Business at BMW (and a partridge in a pear tree) later and I'm still having to chase up for confirmation of receipt of funds. As with most BMW's the funds transferred are substantial and could potentially have been used to buy a row of houses in Hartlepool. The best line I've had back so far is that because most of accounts are on Furlough there is a delay in communication. Can I suggest you bring them back of furlough so that legal compliance can be met or close until you are ready to 'do business'.

Took my bmw in for repair on a few different parts, all was well & they were happy & polite, All of sudden when collected my car they decided to tell me there was another fault. They had my car long enough to notice this fault, also they had to remove this part to repair the rest!! It’s clearly been tampered with but will they hell take any blame! Disgusting attitudes completely rude!!!
