I found a brilliant car for me on the BMW UK web site. It was located at Cooper BMW Teeside. After test driving and spending hours on site ,I agreed to buy the Car at the advertised price. It took ages but eventually after spending 4 hrs at Cooper's. I went to pay the outstanding balance owed minus agreed p/ex allowance . Then out of the office came the manager, and stated there was a supposed listing error on the BMW UK advertisement. If I wanted to buy I would have to find another 4k +.

This will be the third time I've been to Cooper BMW to look at 3 Series and 5 Series options for a company lease. Getting anyone to show interest is almost impossible, Salesman disappear off after a couple of minutes of bored indifference, never the car you want to look at on site and asking for a test drive, forget it, just point you to the lease companies. No thought to the fact they would get 4 years service business and potential referrals. Just ordered Mercedes E Class instead.
All the staff at Cooper BMW Teesside are, in my experience, quite exceptional in every respect. Highly recommended; 5 stars across the board. Thank you. Local family of BMW enthusiasts.

Purchased a used £44,000 X5 from Cooper Teesside BMW. As soon as I paid the deposit, they didn't want to know. Lots of faults with the vehicle as a result of poor preparation and no one checking the service history. Only after an intervention from BMW did someone return my call - many weeks after I tried to get in touch. Three months on, issues still not resolved. Like dealing with a back street garage. If you must buy from them make sure you get an RAC/ AA check and have everything in writing. Do not rely on their checks on the vehicle or it's history.
Managed to get the car i wanted from them, spot on, they were good and quick in pre purchase. As soon as i then got the car and needed help was a different story. I got the car, i did notice the start/ stop wasnt working when in traffic, so it took it back in to be looked at, i was told it would be a 3 week wait, had it in again. Only worked at 10 degree or above, still took in and was later told this wasn't covered under the warranty. Not even had a month and a half and they wanted money, this hadnt worked from day i took it, took a while for them to waive the charges. Undue stress when you don't need it, should find a quicker solution and be more willing to help
