We were recommended by friend and we are so please we did, the small team are a pleasure to deal with, absolutely no pressure and they are very knowledgeable, fantastic selection of cars, the only thing they do not do on site is MOT test, we found our perfect towing/family car with the reassurance that Coopers will look after us, we would definitely recommend and will be back soon. Bought a Ford Kuga from Coopers Cars South West, got home and husband mentioned the bonnet was out of alignment. Their “Going back to basics” and three point visual check prior to new customer taking away car, clearly this did not happen, not even clean inside. The owner is very arrogant, and does not like criticism from customers complaining about their “perfect” cars. Would not recommend Cooper Cars South West to anyone.

I CAN truly say Tony and his team are very passionate about how the cars are prepared visually and mechanically. They seem to service there cars to high standard.,and at reasonable price . Having looked around a few dealers without success I came across Cooper Cars. They were offering an Audi A4 Estate which suited my needs. Made an appt and went over to meet Joe to look the car over, which I did without any pressure, just left alone to look at everything. Went for a test drive and all was good, so purchased the car. It needed a couple of little jobs doing before collection, which they did without any fuss. Collected the car a couple of days later and dealt with Tony, again everything was ready, all the paperwork to hand and ready to go. To summarise, they were a pleasure to deal with, very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend Coopers Cars South West.

Buy a car on a Thursday to sign for on Friday, to be told they've sold it to a guest, when you ring to arrange collecting. Terrible business sense. And no real customer facility, I wouldn't bother with Coopers Cars South West.
