Extremely professional and could not do enough. slight glitch with the electric windows which Elliot Cotterell took immediately to local independent Mercedes specialist who sorted the problem. 250-mile drive home in atrocious weather and car didn't miss a beat. on getting home, went through paperwork in detail and surprised to see just how much the previous owner had fettled the car, anything needed to be done was done. Elliot obviously takes customer service seriously and sources quality used vehicles. Heres to many happy miles in my SLK350.

I've purchased many cars over the years with varying levels of service. I can honestly say the service received from Elliot and Michelle at Cottrell Motor Co when purchased my JCW Mini was faultless. Even though the car developed a fault it was fixed with no argument or hassle whatsoever. Buying 2nd hand always comes with risk but with service like this this risk is removed! Many thanks!!

Having looked at the five stars this company portrays, I decided to give a deposit by bank transfer for a mini that looked very nice. Elliot then agreed to let me view the car upon my return from holiday. Unfortunately date 4th Oct 2018 the 02 telephone networks have been down for a complete day I used my watsapp through WiFi to text him at 5.30 about meeting up with him . I got a reply at 7pm to say due to not viewing the vehicle he was relisting the vehicle and I was losing my deposit. I will pursue this now through the small claims.

Thanks to everyone who helped me at Cottrell Motor Co it was so easy to part ex my previous car and purchase my new one. It's much better buying from someone who specialises in particular makes and models but is independent from the main dealerships. I'm delighted with the car that I've purchased and with the service provided by Elliott and everyone who helped me with buying my car. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a Mini Cooper S.
