Looking to buy as A6 E Tron. Showroom was empty of customers but the reception completely ignored us. Once we found the car we sat inside and inspected it, but no sign of anybody interested in speaking to us. We left after 20 mins. They don't seem keen to sell anything here so we will buy it somewhere where they are interested in customers

Cannot rate Audi highly enough! Steve was incredibly helpful and always honest with everything in terms of cars, and finance and knew exactly what I wanted. They went above and beyond for me and all the staff there are extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

In July, I had my car’s door locks repaired under warranty at Audi Coulsdon. A few days later, one door began making a rattling noise. Weeks passed, and the noise worsened, so I booked another appointment with them. Today, I was told I’d need to pay £240 for further checks, despite my car being under warranty and the issue likely stemming from their initial work. This is unacceptable. Audi Coulsdon damaged my car and is now trying to charge me for it. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. Avoid this dealership.

The after-sales customer service from this showroom is absolutely evil, especially after spending 30k upfront on a new "approved used" model. I've received no responses to emails or calls for weeks, even up to now. At the time of purchase they ask for a positive review, which explains all the 5-star ratings you see. They are scammers. Read the previous 1-star reviews, which mention the same issues. Just a few days in, I've had problems with tire pressure, a blown fuse in the buttons, seatbelt issues, and non-functioning front sensors. You wouldn’t expect such poor quality for 30k. Still no response to date. Avoid purchasing unless you want sleepless nights and stress. They are thieves.

I would like to thank Sam (Business Manager) who has taken the time to provide the most exceptional customer service. I cannot fault anyone in the Branch. They made me feel relaxed in what I thought would have been a very stressful experience. The aftercare also has been wonderful. Damion was the actual salesman and again, exceptional customer service.

Got invited to a VIP Electric Car show at Coulsdon Audi. Arrived only to be told that that there was no-one there who could do a Business purchase so left after a total waste of time. Over the years the number of times that calls never get returned, sales staff who are due to meet you don't turn up. Truly one of the worst car sales places I've ever encountered...
