Highly recommended excellent management

I would like to thank Sam (Business Manager) who has taken the time to provide the most exceptional customer service. I cannot fault anyone in the Branch. They made me feel relaxed in what I thought would have been a very stressful experience. The aftercare also has been wonderful. Damion was the actual salesman and again, exceptional customer service.

Got invited to a VIP Electric Car show at Coulsdon Audi. Arrived only to be told that that there was no-one there who could do a Business purchase so left after a total waste of time. Over the years the number of times that calls never get returned, sales staff who are due to meet you don't turn up. Truly one of the worst car sales places I've ever encountered...

I have been to Audi showroom with my family with intentions to buy an electric car. Upon arrival I have been greeted by the receptionist with an attitude. Firstly, demanding an appointment, secondly treating us like we were a timing waster. After a while a sales man approached us and asked few questions to say that he was busy and were calling his colleague to help us. We waited long time and my wife became embarrassed and wanted to leave. To conclude, we decided that that situation was just draining our energy and we left. THEY LOST A POTENTIAL BUYER that was very happy with TESLA customer service and sales attitude. Happily waiting for my Y Model. AUDI, pay attention to your staff and management.

Went yesterday morning around 11am with a view to buy a Q5, asked for help and was basically dismissed. They only had one other customer in the showroom, but were told they were ‘busy’ and one of the sales team would be ‘with me shortly‘ after waiting 15 mins for someone to become available, I just left. Really terrible customer service here, and not the first time. I would avoid at all costs.

Called and booked a test drive with a view to upgrade a Q5. Turned up for my appointment, kept waiting as usual. Then was told there was no available Q5 to test drive, it’s an Audi dealership for Christ sakes. Told the salesman what I was looking to upgrade too. 3-4 calls asking for callbacks and a month later still no call back. From the receptionist to salesman absolutely shocking customer service. I’m forced to give one star but it’s actually zero.

Extremely poor service. Visited on Sunday 2pm, a couple of customers in the showroom, eventually left so it was really quiet. Asked to speak to somebody about the Etron, asked to take a seat and 10min later still waiting, Asked receptionist again if anybody available, returned to say it will be another 15 to 20mins. At this point there were no customers in the showroom, so I thought surely somebody can take 5 to 10mins to answer some quick questions and potentially book me in for another time. Obviously not as it seemed like I was just in their way. At that point I walked out, as I was mistaken that the whole point of sales is to meet and sell to customers. Clearly I won’t be visiting this place again.
