I wanted to have information on service history on a car that i am trying to purchase from Coulsdon Audi, had to hold for 5 minutes before I got through, to be told by some idiot with a childish sense of humour that because of data protection he cant tell me whats been done, THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DATA PROTECTION. Data protection is only to do with movement of online information.
Beware if you are considering buying an 'Approved Used' Audi from Coulsdon Audi! Don't assume that just because they are an authorised main dealership and the cars look nice and shiny that the cars this company is selling are A1 and don't come with nasty secrets, that will make you regret ever stepping inside their showroom. I paid top market price for a used A6 Avant, expecting to buy with the 'confidence' (as they say in the marketing pamphlets) that their cars come with 'transparent history'. My car developed a steering fault and when I took it in to be investigated (by Audi Milton Keynes), much to my horror, I discovered that the car had sustained a significant front end collision which had been repaired by the company and put on sale...clearing hoping no one (me in this case) would ever find out! I'm not just talking about a scratch or two either; it underwent significant repair and reconstruction, including a new bonnet, wings, front grill & panels , lights, resprayed door panels replaced engine mountings..etc...the list goes on! My advise to anyone buying a secondhand car from this company is to ignore the salesman's smiles and the glossy brochures, and the 80 point check (for all that's worth!) and ask to see the car's history on the internal Audi system. As long as the car has been serviced and repaired by any Audi dealership the history will be there for you to see. Also ask to see the ownership history too and get them to put in writing if the car has any previous accidents or repairs. Post purchase I have since found out my car was previously a hire car. Funny, they kept that to themselves too!! Better still, if you are considering buying from Coulsdon Audi I would advise getting an independent inspection carried out before you hand over your hard earned cash. Since buying the car I have been using Milton Keynes Audi for all my servicing etc. and, by complete contrast, I have found these guys to be absolute professionals. The standard of service is the best I have experienced by any car dealership and the most important thing for me is that they are people I can trust. I love Audi cars and my recent experience hasn't put me off the brand. I will most definitely be buying another A6 in the future and more than likely from Audi Milton Keynes. Frankly they make Coulsdon Audi look like amateurs.

Bought the Q3 new, within days of collecting it the gearbox went, took a further two months to resolve the problem. Had to leave the car for one of the techs to 'test drive' and came back filthy dirty and 20 odd miles added plus half a tank of fuel missing! Not the best dealer for after sales assistance. Also if you have any mobility issues don't use this place as the disabled bays are in constant use by cars for sale, which I found very inconsiderate and disrespectful especially as every time i have been there I have to mention it.
I recently visited the garage to look into the purchase of a Q7. I dealt with a northern gentleman by the name of Paul. Very informative, gave me all the information I needed to take away and think about my purchase. I would recommend this garage to my friends
