Been looking for a new car and found this Audi TT via Autotrader. The Communication via Whatapp was first class from Mannie and his team. I couldn’t see the car immediately so they sent pictures and videos to help me make some decisions remotely. When we arranged a meet and viewing. Car was gleaming. Mannie left us to it to look over and have a test drive on our own. No pressure what so ever. Just a pleasant easy sale. Did some haggling and Mannie budged only slightly as the car came with an excellent 15 month warranty which I’m hoping I’ll never use and the car was in great condition so I was happy with the deal. I’m absolutely loving my new Mercedes Benz, it’s a lovely car and drives beautifully. I also wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team. They were so kind and helpful, and they even let me and my partner test drive several vehicles first to make sure we got the right one. I really appreciated being given a courtesy car while waiting on all the paperwork to clear too. Their advice was brilliant. Country Cars are brilliant, and I have bought both my cars from there. I dealt exclusively with Mannie and he was super helpful and I didn't feel any pressure to buy a car from him on that day. Their website is really easy to browse and to reserve a car. I was given all the time I needed to test drive it, Mannie answered all my questions clearly, and gave me a fair price for my old car. They were really flexible with when I could do the exchange, and got my road tax set up for me on the day. They were also clear about all the things I would need to do myself. I encountered a problem with my car within the first month and they took it back in under warranty, gave me a hire car, and fixed the issue within 48 hours! No complaints at all and I would recommend to anyone in the local area.
