Arrived at Mercedes Coventry at a minute past 4 on Sunday 7th April We realised they were closing but was still made to feel welcome as we wanted to look at part exchanging our A200 against a newer model so just wanted to have a look. We were introduced to Mohammed Uddin what a lovely young man, he went above and beyond to find us a suitable vehicle all in his own time, so very kind of him so I had to leave him the glowing review he deserves. Its oure first mercedes but if not Kat was with us very understenig person very friendly helpful probobly we never buy this car-we so lucky we met Kat---but company should be very proved have people like Kat-thank You Kat thank you Mercedes
Considered this to be a very relaxed and informative experience no hard sell just the interest of the customer's needs. Wanted to buy a car from the staff not neccessary the brand. Did not buy a car this time but would recommend the Dealership.

I went to the dealership to look at specific models, whilst they didn’t have exactly what I wanted Nana was very helpful and professional in trying to find a car for me. Subsequent communications have also been very good.

Had the best experience ever today with this garage, couldn't rate them any higher than they deserve. Both Daniel & Sam were both absolutely fantastic with me. Made the whole experience smooth & hassle free. Very polite & understanding can't praise them both enough, (should be in higher positions-but then I probably wouldn't of got to experience the fantastic experience which I did) Many Thanks. And thank you also to the mechanic who did the work top job, & all at Inchape for today.
I took my car into the Coventry branch of Mercedes and cannot tell you how impressed I was with the service I received. I checked my car in with minimal wait time and picked up my courtesy car which was spotlessly clean. The lady who I initially dealt with went through all of the controls and ensured I was happy with a fully electric car (I had never driven one before). I later received a video regarding my service and a text to say my car was ready. On arrival to the garage, I met Sam who went through my service, what had been done and any recommendations made. Sam also asked me about my experience with the electric car. I then received my keys back and was taken to my car which was sparkling clean. I wanted to ask Sam few questions regarding car leasing and he spent some time going through the process with me. He never made me feel silly or stupid for asking so many questions, he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and super friendly. He never once made me feel like I was wasting his time or had better things to do. He made me feel like a very valuable customer. I cannot thank Sam and the rest of team enough for a great experience.
Ordered an E Class on December 1st 2021, paid the deposit and signed all the paperwork. I was told my car would take between 6-9 months which I was fine with. In the beginning of August 2022, after waiting 9 months, I was phoned by one of the salesmen who informed me that they have allocated a car for me and they'll call me at the end of August to complete the remainder of the paperwork and payment. However, the call at the end of August was to inform me that I can't have the car and I have to wait until January 2023 and pay an additional £10,000! This led me to cancel my order completely and request a refund for my deposit. I was told that they'll bank transfer me the £1000 deposit which would take 5 days, BACS should be instant. I waited 5 days and still no deposit, had to send multiple emails to chase them about the deposit which I recieved after 8 working days. I confronted them about selling my car to somebody else for a higher price and they kept changing the subject. I don't understand why such a big company like Mercedes treat their customers like this. Also if they can't get orders completed, why are they taking orders and wasting peoples time?
