Unfortunately a bad experience for me. Bought car from here in November 23. Sales team were great, John gave me confidence in the company and and any after sales support I may require. Engine management light came on a couple of months after and car went into limp mode. Took it in to be checked and was told it was ok and they cleared it. Service light came on early May so took it for service. On drive home after collection it made a wooshing sound but was driving ok. Just thought it was all part of the service. Week later engine management light was on again so booked it in to be seen. Before booked time car cut out and into limp mode again. Was told it was ok to drive and to bring it in as scheduled. When they looked at it they diagnosed 3 out of 4 injectors failed and undrivable and needed to be taken to an auto spark. £804 for a turbo pipe and diagnoses but no itemised bill despite requesting it. No explanation to cost other than the part is expensive as it's from Volvo. (It's actually £130 over the counter, cheaper if your trade). 3 weeks without a car and with a feeling of being cheated. I have no trust for this company and can not recommend. Shame as one of the reasons I bought car from there in first place was I thought then honest and trustworthy.

Just bought my car from Craignairn Cars. This is the first time l have used them but it will not be the last. Graham the salesman was fantastic and very helpful, nothing was too much for him. He really went out of his way to make sure the car was first rate. l would certainly recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a car. Thankyou once again.

Having found Craignairn online I spoke to John late into the evening. He was extremely helpful and has helped me to part ex into a really nice Audi Q7. The cars and the service this garage have are excellent and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Put the car into Craignairn Car World for a full service approx 5 months ago. Charged £375. I've covered a thousand miles since and took the car to another garage due to a fault. Whilst looking over the car this garage advised the car had not been serviced. The oil was filthy black and the oil filter rusty. He showed me the air filter and fuel filter both of which were at least a few years old. The air filter black with dirt. Never again will I use this so called garage. Only now after speaking to other people have I now found out their workshop has a terrible reputation. Their so called technicians are terrible, they have no skill set whatsoever and their standard of workmanship is shocking. Speaking to my brother who also used them they had bodged a major job twice on his car (leaving bolts loose and parts not even fitted ) and also badly damaged the paintwork on his car the last time it was in for repair and crudely tried to touch it up. The staff in their workshop have also been in court for bullying & harrassing junior staff member. A quick google search confirms this. Please stay away from this sham of a company. They only got 1 star as there in not an option for none.

We have been a family run business for 25 years and have built up a loyal customer base through being approachable, professional and treating people fairly, no one has ever been charged £375 for a routine service, perhaps you had extra work carried out for Mot repairs? I bought a car had couple of days started raining car filled up with water next day was like a fish bowl.. it was rotten .so called them up told me bring car back so I did .. I got my old car back but had to give an extra £400 as thay took a dent out of roof ..car was only worth that , so as you can imagine I wasn't very happy.. time off work twice for it.. won't be back to caraignairn car world.

I bought a freelander this weekend from graham at Craignairn Car World. He was the consummate professional, holding the car for us without deposit so we could make the three hour journey to come and see the car. He was friendly and helpful - sorting everything for us there and then. It has a few niggles, all of which he was very honest about - and the car was a bargain and just what we needed as a family living in the highlands. Many thanks.

Craignairn Ltd were established in 2000 and have been selling used cars throughout the Kirkcaldy area ever since. Every car that they sell, whether Citroen or Hyundai will have been fully HPI checked and given a professional valet before being sold.
